Le bruit et la chaleur nous ont empêché de passer une bonne nuit. Le propriétaire ne peut pas maîtriser le bruit, mais il faudrait le préciser dans l'annonce,à la place d'une clim un ventilateur serait bienvenu

Bonjour, Je suis désolé que vous ayez été dérangé par le bruit et la chaleur durant votre séjour. Il y avait effectivement un événement sur la commune samedi soir. Je tiens à préciser que je n’ai eu aucun échange avec vous durant votre séjour. Si vous m’aviez demandé un ventilateur, j’aurais pu vous en fournir un pour améliorer votre confort. De plus, l’appartement a été rendu sale, ce qui est regrettable
