Ideal for 1 or 2 people, this studio of about 30 sqm offers a setting and an ideal location to fully enjoy the sweetness of “Ciotadenne” life on foot. The old town is only 400m, the Calanques of Figuerolles and Mugel are 750 m. If you come to work on the shipyard, you only need to walk 350 m to be there.
The decoration combines modernity and authenticity with balance. Colors, wallpaper, decorative objects, everything has been carefully chosen to offer you a cosy and relaxing.
The old house is naturally fresh with its thick walls, so the choice was not to install air conditioning but a ceiling fan ample enough to refresh you, even in summer.
The living room is pleasant, bathed in light by a large window that overlooks the terrace and its dining area. The living area is equipped with a TV, internet.
The kitchen, very well equipped, is in a different room but linked to the living room by a large opening. This allows to give volume and light to the whole.
The bed is recent and offers you a quality bed. Bed linen and towels are hotel quality.
The bathroom is equipped with a suspended toilet.
The house is shared with 2 other apartments. Everything has been thought to limit you vis-à-vis and maximize your privacy. You can rent with this apparently the «Grand Lamiolo» add 8 beds. You will be able to enjoy the house in the greatest comfort by being 10 people.
The 10m² swimming pool is shared with this other apartment and it will allow you to relax after your excursions or days of visits. The commissioning of the pool begins from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the Toussaint holidays (French school holidays).

The apartment is totally dedicated to you.
The house is divided into 3 independent apartments each with their own entrance. The vis-à-vis has been limited to the maximum to maximize your privacy.
Entrance on the street, parking and pool area are shared.
Interaction with travellers
You will have a single contact available to welcome you, carry out the check-in and check-out.
This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about accommodation.
She will give you and will comment on our tourist guide that advises you typical days to discover the region.
She will be reachable by email and on her cell phone.
Other remarks
It is easy to park for free nearby. If necessary, paid parking with subscription is 400 m away and free parking is 650m away.
Animals are allowed.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the house.
The house cannot be rented as a party or event organizer.
Arrival times: 4pm-7pm, departure time: 9am - 11am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
The district
The apartment is located close to the old port and the old town of La Ciotat which runs quietly through small streets full of charms, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian.
Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.
You can also take back your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
