Attention not included: cleaning 50€, sheets 12€/bed and towels 8€/pers<br>Beds are do-it-yourself<br>The nightly rate is calculated on the basis of 2 people<br>Please note that access to the residence is steep.<br><br>This 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" is a 40 m² T3 apartment, has 4-5 beds (1 bedroom with a 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds that can be pushed together and a 90 bed in the living room). A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a living room with extra bed and equipped kitchen (4 gas burners, dishwasher, combined microwave/forced heat oven, fridge top, extractor hood, as well as all the kitchen essentials ...). TV (TNT SAT); also has a garden with trees and a shaded terrace (wooden garden furniture, deck chair and gas barbecue table etc ...).<br><br>Many hikes from the cottage, private parking for your vehicle.<br><br>We are also approved "holiday vouchers" and recommended by the Guide du Routard, Le Petit Futé, the French Federation of Cycle Tourism...<br>We offer free internet access from each gîte (WiFi or wired) and provide sea canoes.<br><br>We are located on the west coast of Cap Corse at the Negru marina 2 km from the village of Nonza<br>We have direct access to hiking trails, along a river and a few hundred metres from a magnificent pebble beach dominated by a Genoese tower of the sixteenth century.<br><br>We have two objectives: to combine comfort and respect for the environment in the construction of the cottages and to offer a warm and personalised welcome to each of our guests.<br><br>Contact us for more information<br>

A place in paradise

The property is located in a beautiful place covered with trees. The apartment is a little bit more modest than the photos might indicate but otherwise everything was perfect.
