Pretty little typical Breton old house.9 minutes from the beach on foot !
Pretty little old house in the Gulf of Morbihan located in the calm of a charming fishing village typical of the Rhuys peninsula between Arzon and Saint Gildas de Rhuys.
650m walk from Kervers beach and about 900m from Rohu (sailing school) and Govelins beaches.
The Blue Green golf course in kervers is only 550m away on foot.
*On the ground floor you will find:
-A beautiful living room with beams, kitchen equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a a table with extensions, sofa, armchairs, tv, Bluetooth hifi speaker, electric fireplace
-Master suite with a 160x200 double bed, wardrobe, and shower room
*Upstairs, you will have two bedrooms:
-a dormitory room with 5 beds with 2 bunk beds (one with 3 beds with 1 bed 140x200 downstairs + 1 bed upstairs and another bunk bed with 2 beds) and 2 chests of drawers
-another bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and wardrobe
The double beds are also equipped with numerous "trunk storage".
-1 washing machine and 1 drying rack.
-Several bicycles are available to you free of charge, however these are ours and they are far from new. We therefore advise you to rent from a bike rental company (in St Gildas de Rhuys or Arzon) if this is an important criterion for you. (2 men's sizes, 2 children's sizes (1 nursery and 1 primary), 4 women's/teen sizes)
-A beautiful courtyard facing south and sheltered from the wind as well as a courtyard will allow you to eat outside for lunch and dinner in complete privacy.
-Table, garden chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue
-The house is ideal for 6 adults MAXIMUM, or 4 adults and 1 to 5 children.
-A car is recommended to reach the shops (5 mins by car, 15 mins by bike)
