MAIN FLOOR
- A large family room, leather couch, 2 chairs with 50" Smart TV with Roku + Blu-ray.
- A fully equipped kitchen with stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, Keurig/coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, assortment of cookware, utensils, silverware, drinkware, and a large pantry closet.
- Dining table + 4 chairs + 2 seat bench, plus 3 bar stools at kitchen counter.
- BEDROOM 1 - King Bed + Adjoins to shared full bath*
- BEDROOM 2 - Queen Bed

LOFT
- 2 full size bed + twin bed with trundle- all within open loft area. Great for kids! Allows nine to have bed space, but be aware this setup provides less privacy compared to separate bedrooms.

All sheets, blankets, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided at the cabin.
REAR PATIO
-Patio furniture + table + chairs +umbrella + gas grill + wood fire pit. The patio is private; there are no neighbors behind the cabin. There is lots of wildlife to see. Green space for games.

- With each rental, you will receive six free passes daily to the newly renovated (2020) water park which includes full use of all attractions and amenities such as the outdoor pool with swim-up bar, recreation pool, splash zone, and new rocket slides, plus the indoor pool, slides, lazy river, lily pads, and indoor/outdoor whirlpool. You will also have access the newly refurbished (2020) fitness center at the resort.

Perfect Location

Four of us came to Boji for a 4-day ice fishing trip in January. This place is excellent and fit all of our needs perfectly. You’re within minutes of all the major lakes, restaurants, stores, and attractions. The host, Tracy, is fantastic and she does a wonderful job with the cabin. The cabin was exceptionally well stocked with every amenity you could expect in a rental. Would recommend to everyone, no matter the season or occasion. I would give it 10/5 stars if the weather was better on our trip! (Came up during a blizzard and sub zero temps)

Perfect little cabin

Perfect cabin for husband and I to work remote for the week. Ample room and would have been great for a family. Loved the large amount of bath towels and kitchen dishes/supplies. The listing was pretty spot on with lots of extra amenities (bikes, games, ets). We stayed during off season, so town was low key, but still a lot of stores/restaurants. Would recommend for sure!

Okoboji stay

Although the cabins in the area look similar from outside, the interior details set this one apart. My 2 yo and 6 yo loved the loft and the fun deco. Great place to stay

Summer trip

This cabin was super cute, comfortable, clean, and the location to the waterpark and community pool are perfect. The binder was useful in finding things to do and how to do things. We enjoyed the bikes and would stay here again :)

Our family is very excited to own a piece of Okoboji. We have been visiting the area for years. In 2020 we decided to purchase a property. We are happy to be sharing our vacation home with others.

What makes this property unique

The backyard view is wonderful. The cabin backs up to an open area. We often see deer, rabbits, frogs, and birds. One of the best locations and views in the neighborhood. Private with lots of green space to play yard games.
