With 700 square feet of living space, this beautiful studio condominium is perfect for couples or small families! With a second floor location overlooking Gore Creek, this unit provides solace from the hustle and bustle of Vail Village. Enjoy three separate sleeping arrangements in this unit - a king bed, queen murphy, and queen-sized sofa sleeper. This unit is a true studio and does not offer a studio door.

**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE**
Manor Vail Lodge will be undergoing renovations on the south side of our property during the summer of 2021. We will be updating our south side pool and hot tub areas, and expect to be completed with this construction by the start of the 21/22 Ski Season. We anticipate very little impact to this unit as it is located on the north side of our property facing away from the construction. During this renovation, we will still have our north side pool and hot tubs (2) open and available for guest use. Other service impacts will include the Fitz Bar & Restaurant, the Manor Vail Spa, and the Fitness Center. Please send us a message with any questions regarding our property beautification project!
