Please note: The hot tub and steam room are currently under construction until Spring 2026 and are not available during this time. To reflect the temporary closure of these amenities, the nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly.

Nice place, clean and a short drive from the slopes and the town of Fernie. Only drawback is that it’s located on the side of the main highway and snow buildup makes it pretty much unwalkable to the town in winter.

Great location, only minutes from the hill and downtown. The hot tub and steam room are welcome after a day of skiing or snowboarding.

Unfortunately the renovations on the pool hot tub and steam room were not passed on until we got there by someone in the gym…everything else was good…a minor issue with the TV on day one also the bathroom door squeaks…and of no fault of yours the snow conditions were very poor…

Key card wouldn’t allow access to the pool or hot tub which was very disappointing. TV had no connection to cable. Condo was very nice though.

Amazing condo

The condo was exactly as promised if not better. Communication with the rental company was prompt and helpful, check in was easy, and the condo itself was perfection. It’s close to town and ski hill. It was clean, it has every dish and utensil you may need, they even have a frosted mug ready for you in the freezer when you get there! The amenities are excellent and not crowded at all. Feel free to use the hair dryer I accidentally left there. Haha. We WILL be back, we hope we can use this gorgeous place every time we visit Fernie.

Overall nice and clean. We had a few issues with the washing machine handle being broken and need to open it with a knife and the storage unit having someone’s stuff in it and not being able to to use it. Small things but when it feels we are paying too dollar, these should have been taken care of.

All in all we enjoyed our stay, great location & great condo. The first morning we discovered the lid on the coffee pot/maker was broken so coffee overflowed onto counter…I sent a message letting the condo people know and they gave us a new one that day (thanks you for the quick response). It was quite hot during our stay and the air conditioning started to freeze up…again very quick response from condo people. The reason for 4 stars is that we decided to leave a day early due to air conditioning continuing to freeze up… to my surprise, we were issued a refund for the one night (Thanks Diana) greatly appreciated. We would stay again, this was our second time staying at the Silver Rock.
