BED & BATH
The enormous Master Bedroom has a queen bed, 2-piece washroom, an over-sized gable dormer sitting area with desk, storage and clothing closets––as well as magnificent 25 foot vaulted ceiling. Enjoy incredible views of Elk River, Three Sisters and Mt. Fernie from your bedroom window. The lower level also has two twin beds available, perfect for little ones! On the main floor, there is a secondary 3-piece bathroom available for guest use as well. Please note the upstairs bedroom is open to the main unit separated by a stairway. No door. Also the sleeping area in the lower area is also not separated by a door.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The main living space features hardwood floors, as well as beautiful wood and river rock accents, with superior upgrades throughout. Gather in the dining room for large family-style meals and in the living room, enjoy the use of Shaw Cable/T.V./DVD, iPod stereo and a cozy fireplace. In the fully-stocked kitchen, find everything you could need for your stay. Full-size stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
AMENITIES
Enjoy cozy mornings with a cup of coffee out on the spacious outdoor patio that sits next to Elk River. Watch as the sun rises over the mountains, it’s guaranteed to be a highlight of your Fernie stay! There is free parking available for guests on-site. Additionally, there is also a full in suite laundry.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Enjoy this well maintained hideaway in the Rockies overlooking the picturesque Elk River, Fernie and the Three-Sisters Mountains. You’ll be just minutes to Fernie Alpine Report (located on shuttle route during winter) and a quick drive to town. This unit is ideal for a families, and with no other units above or below you, the surroundings are quiet. Children are welcome, and the unit includes a playpen/crib, child table and chairs, and electrical sockets have been protected.
