Beautiful, shingle-style Hamptons classic home. 2,000 sq. ft. main floor and 1,200 sq. ft. lower level/private suite. Open floor plan design with vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen, large island for gathering, separate dining area, open family room with gas fireplace and porch off of kitchen. Also, on the main floor is a large master bedroom with on suite bath and jacuzzi, two guest bedrooms with adjacent full baths, one office/bedroom and ½ bath in front hall. Lower level suite includes one bedroom and full bath, large sitting area with fireplace, wet bar and direct access to pool and patio. Patio area includes 20’ x 40’ heated pool with all-day sun exposure, outdoor couches and tables, and summer kitchen with gas grill. Site is very private with privet and circular drive out front, and hedgerows on two sides. Close to Shinnecock Golf Course (2018 US Open), and on the right side of the Hampton’s traffic – just exit when you see the cars backing up, and you’re there! For August only. Labor Day weekend negotiable.

Karen & Dan attended a wedding in the Hamptons in the mid-2000s, and bought this house that weekend. The lighting, open space, location close to the village & beaches but before the traffic builds up, cinched it. 9 years ago, we moved here permanently and haven't looked back.
Why they chose this property
Close to everything but on large, quite lot.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location - right as the traffic is building up on 27, you exit to our house. 5 minutes to Coopers Beach, 8 minutes to Southampton Village, and Meschutt Beach is just down the hill which is great for families and has an on-the-beach bar scene with live music on weekends.
