This beautiful beach house will be the ideal setting for your vacation on the beautiful beaches of Yucatan. Beautifully decorated with details of art and local materials, it is a house with lots of space and style, ideal to satisfy the most demanding tastes. Perfect for families.

The house is new and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to inhabit it even in long periods. We offer special discounts for long-term rentals.

You will have full access to the entire house and its services, including private parking and entrance, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and the beautiful pool with deckchairs. The house has WiFi service with no additional cost. The house consists on 4 bedrooms (2 with en suite bathrooms), 3 bathrooms, one unfurnished service room with a full bathroom.

Beautiful peaceful location

Glorious, waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the sea is so relaxing. We were so lucky seeing dolphins and turtles swimming past and a night walk seeing a baby turtle making its first trip to the sea. Magical

Great week at the beach

The best way I can put it that the property was just as advertised. The house was very nice, roomy & clean with a tremendous street side lot & pool and a wonderful beachside veranda. The host & staff were efficient & responsive. This property will definitely stay on the list for future rentals

This property is absolutely beautiful! Great sandy beach right outside our back deck. Veronica was very quick in responding to any of our questions or problems. The only draw back is that the wifi was only available on the ground floor and not available upstairs in the bedrooms.

Wonderful gem- incredible property

Our extended family met in Merida and drove out to the coast to stay at this property. The photos are so nice that I was honestly scared it wasn’t real. But it is even better than the pictures and we were so delighted with the incredible beach vista, the pool and how spacious and nice everything was. The property manager was available and responsive when we had an issue with the water. The air conditioners in the bedrooms all worked well. We definitely want to come back and can’t wait to come back!

I felt I had found a diamond in the rough. The gate opened to a beautiful pool, in front of the large patio. The house was large and the layout was perfect for us. We have a large family and little children so safety was very important. One bedroom and bathroom on first floor so you didn’t have to climb steps to potty. You walk through the house and a very large patio with a view of the Gulf that is beautiful. Gates and locks were perfect for the children.The host answered any question immediately. We will be back!
