High season minimum rental of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

Flat of 60 square meters situated on the first floor of the building.

It has two balconies, one facing north-east and the other south-east. It is distributed with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with shower and dining room equipped with flat screen TV, satellite and a sofa bed for two children or one adult.

It has a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other, as well as a sofa-bed in the dining room.

Additional information
The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.

Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

Super Ausblick auf den Kanal. Einzigartige Strandnähe

Die Strandnähe ist einfach wundervoll. Der Strand nie zu voll. Die zwei Balkone bieten viel Platz. Hier fehlt für uns ein abschließbares Gitter, dass man nachts mit ruhigem Gewissen durchlüften kann. Genauso fehlt eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste für den Mietpreis Mal investiert werden und Mobiliar ausgetauscht werden. Wer seine Ruhe möchte ist hier aber gut aufgehoben. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht noch, das es schade ist, den ersten Bäcker erst in 25min zu Fuß anzutreffen. Wir sind erholt und vermissen den Strand jetzt schon

Prei- Leistung Sehr Gut

Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig und durch 2, sich gegenüberliegenden Balkonen, immer angenehm kühl. Selbst bei über Dreißig Grad Aussentemperatur. An Einrichtung fehlt es dieser Wohnung an nichts. Tolle Lage ( zwei Gehminuten zum Strand )
