High season minimum rental of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

Flat of 60 square meters situated on the first floor of the building.

It has two balconies, one facing north-east and the other south-east. It is distributed with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with shower and dining room equipped with flat screen TV, satellite and a sofa bed for two children or one adult.

It has a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other, as well as a sofa-bed in the dining room.

Additional information
The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.

Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

Super Ausblick auf den Kanal. Einzigartige Strandnähe

Die Strandnähe ist einfach wundervoll. Der Strand nie zu voll. Die zwei Balkone bieten viel Platz. Hier fehlt für uns ein abschließbares Gitter, dass man nachts mit ruhigem Gewissen durchlüften kann. Genauso fehlt eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste für den Mietpreis Mal investiert werden und Mobiliar ausgetauscht werden. Wer seine Ruhe möchte ist hier aber gut aufgehoben. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht noch, das es schade ist, den ersten Bäcker erst in 25min zu Fuß anzutreffen. Wir sind erholt und vermissen den Strand jetzt schon

Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig und durch 2, sich gegenüberliegenden Balkonen, immer angenehm kühl. Selbst bei über Dreißig Grad Aussentemperatur. An Einrichtung fehlt es dieser Wohnung an nichts. Tolle Lage ( zwei Gehminuten zum Strand )

Strandurlaub mit der Familie

Klassische Ferienwohnung in top Lage! Wir haben die Nähe zum Meer total genossen. Man kann im Schlafzimmer das Meer hören und vom Balkon aus auch sehen :-) Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, es war aber alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Kochen für 4 Personen benötigt. Es ist kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, man findet Parkplätze an der Hauptstraße. Der Vermieter ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento modesto ma pulito e funzionale. La posizione ottima è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ha un balcone con vista sul canale ottimo per pranzare fuori. L'assistenza di Enric è stata eccellente.

Nah am Meer und wirklich toller Ausblick auf die Kanäle und die vielen Boote. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Vielleicht könnten die Matratzen mal ausgewechselt werden😉

Ruhige Wohnung mit Blick auf den Kanal

Wir haben eine Woche im September in der Wohnung verbracht. Aufgrund ihrer Sackgassenlage wohnt man sehr ruhig. Und aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer kann man sogar leicht das Meeresrauschen hören. Echtes Highlight ist der hintere Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Kanal (nach vorne raus gibt es noch einen Balkon). Hier haben wir morgens und abends gesessen und den Ausblick genossen. Die Wohnung selber ist einfach, zweckmäßig und ohne großen Komfort eingerichtet. Aber alles hat funktioniert. Kleiner Kritikpunkt waren aus unserer Sicht nur die Matratzen. Auch wenn man nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken kann, so gibt es doch jede Menge kostenfreien öffentlichen Parkraum in der Nähe (ca. 100 m entfernt). Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut ok. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat stets sehr gut geklappt. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung empfehlen.

SEJOUR LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU

Appartement conforme aux photos et à la description. Belle vue sur les canaux et très proche de la plage. Il faut quand même un véhicule ou vélo pour se rendre en ville pour quelques courses ou autre. La wifi était très appréciable également.
