Chill out with family or friends in this comfortable, bright, contemporary cabin, with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges, accommodating 10 hosts. Rated 4-stars. Private parking, open garden and private terrace with a stunning view on Les Ecrins and Mont Dauphin. Quiet location, in Risoul village, very close to numerous leisure activity in the area (ski, Serre-Ponçon lake, Queyras, Ecrins). As enjoyable in summer than in winter.

This recent cabin is spacious, furnished and decorated in mountain style, fully equipped (appliances, 50 in HD TV, WiFi). The large living room, opening on the terrace and the panoramic view, invites to conviviality and cheerful moments. Upstairs, another lounge will host your movie or game sessions. The 3 large rooms upstairs (double beds, in one room the double bed can split into 2 simple beds) each have a balcony and a large closet. The room downstairs is ideal for kids with its 4 bunk beds (and a large closet). Bathroom and WC at each floor.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ski rack has a direct outside access : very convenient when back from skiing or hiking.

The chalet is located in a small and calm estate, without any traffic noise, at a 3' walk from Risoul church. Adjacent to another cabin. Panoramic view on Les Ecrins and Mont-Dauphin citadel. Hiking paths to Guillestre and Risoul woods at close proximity.

3 parking spots, one shielded.
In winter, Risoul-Vars ski resort is at a 15' drive (a free shuttle stops in the village during ski season, too) and Ceillac (cross-country skiing, snowshoe) at 25'.
In summer, options are illimited, in Queyras regional park or Les Ecrins national park : hiking, VTT, biking, climbing, rafting, paragliding. Serre-Ponçon lake, a 25' drive, offers a large array of nautical activities : kite-surfing, sailing, paddle, or simply sunbathing on the beach !


A conciergerie service will help you to prepare your journey, and check you in and out.

Be advised that bed sheets and bath towels are not provided by your host. Optional rental, please ask your host (15€/pers for bed and bath ; 8€/pers for bath only).

You must clean before leaving or take an option for it for 80€ (highly recommended as the chalet is large and long to clean).

For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to use the fireplace in the lobby nor any candles.

Beautiful chalet with amazing views

We stayed at Les Sizerins for 9 nights and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. The chalet is well equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view from the Chalet over the valley, Mont Dauphin and surrounding mountains was stunning. Located in the quiet village of Risoul it is a lovely 30 minute walk, or short drive, to Guillestre where there's plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. More than just somewhere to stay, the chalet was a great home away from home for our holiday and we would stay again without any hesitation.

A wonderful place to stay

This splendid semi-detached house is located on a no through road in one of the quietest locations available. It is well and tastefully furnished with high quality sofas, comfortable beds, a large screen TV with a Blu-ray Disc player (very unusual!) and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had a generous supply of consumables such as dishwasher tablets, cling film, freezer bags and condiments which is very appreciated. There is a clothes dryer, again not usual for rental houses. There was ample hot water and the heating system worked well in the cooler weather in late September Fabrice the owner is very helpful and responsive in excellent English to enquiries, The views over the Durance valley are fantastic though the large double French doors and you can get to most bits of the eastern Ecrins and western Queryas national parks within an hour. There are also short walks right out of the door of the house, Guillestre nearby is a nice small town with a useful Carrefour Market for groceries. What's not to like!

Très bon séjour d’été

Gîte parfait pour 2 familles 4 adultes 4 adolescents 1 enfant Spacieux, bien équipé même s’il est un peu dommage de devoir apporter ses draps mais c’est clairement indiqué sur l’annonce. La literie est très bonne et le hameau est calme. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et on peut en profiter pleinement avec grand plaisir. Même si les voisins semblent proche, on ne les perçoit pas. Situé au village de Risoul à 15min de la station il est nécessaire d’utiliser sa voiture ou la navette pour monter. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Calme et vue sur la montagne dans un chalet bien confortable.

Ce très beau chalet " Les Sizerins" à deux pas de Guillestre est une demeure très agréable et confortable pour un séjour dans cette partie du Queyras. Je retiens surtout le calme et le confort du salon de l'étage avec la porte fenêtre ouverte sur les sommets du Pelvoux et des glaciers... M.G.

Séjour en montagne parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Chalet les Sizerins. Le chalet est conforme aux photos, moderne, propre et bien équipé (la cuisine, barbecue, raclette, jeux etc.), avec le charme du chalet et une terrasse face à la montagne. Vue magnifique le matin en se levant sur la montagne. La communication avec les proprios s'est passé sans problèmes. Nous reviendrons très volontiers. Merci beaucoup!

Magnifique

Chalet très bien situé géographiquement pour effectuer des randonnées en étoile dans les différentes vallées et cols. Chalet très agréable, bien agencé et équipé, spacieux, bien isolé phoniquement entre le rez de chaussez et l'étage, très belle vue, calme. Petit bémol, chalet mitoyen, terrasse proche des voisins sur les 2 côtés. Comme nous étions en randonnée tous les jours cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé. A noter le bruit de la ventilation, cheminée d'extraction des cuisines du restaurant en dessous aux heures des repas mais rien de bien important. Propreté du chalet correcte mais présence de poussière sous les lits, évacuation des douches encrassée par des cheveux ainsi que les siphons des vasques. Toiles d'araignées sur les poutres du plafond du séjour. Pour l'été 2 transats pour 6 à 8 personnes, un peu juste. En conclusion je recommande cette location pour les amoureux de la nature, de la montagne, région très agréable. Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons dans ce chalet.
