- On the ground floor, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a laundry area with ski room, and a large garage.

- On the first level, a large master bedroom with dressing room and adjoining bathroom, an open kitchen that can be adjusted to the living room, with a lounge area and a dining area opening onto the outside, facing the Mont-Blanc.

- On the second level, a mezzanine serving as a relaxation room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

- Outside a balcony facing Mont-Blanc with a sheltered area and a garden with jacuzzi.
