Mauvaise expérience
Lors de ma réservation aucunes explications sur les travaux en cours ( construction d’une école , voirie ( chemin de poussière avec un gros dénivelé dès le départ ) les travaux de construction mitoyen de la villa ( correcte mais tarif du ménage demande 300€ exorbitant )
Abritel nul demande de relogement sans aucun retour de leur part . Je dois reconnaître l’honnêteté de la propriétaire qui m’a crédité sur mon compte 2000€.
Pour 15 jours pas de jeu de serviettes ni de draps supplémentaires ! Obligé de gérer le lavage pour la remise en place des lits pour le soir !! Je me m’arrête là pour être gentille compte tenue de l’honnêteté de la propriétaire !!
N’oubliez pas que les touristes vous font vivre !! A les traiter de la sorte vous n’aurez plus personne !!!

Je suis navrée de lire votre commentaire. Je ne reviens pas sur les faits que nous avons subis, je vous ai informée de l’état de la route avant votre arrivée, pour le reste je n’en avais pas connaissance et le chantier devait être terminé au printemps, puis arrêté en juillet et en août. Nous avons largement discuté de cela pendant votre séjour, nous avons essayé de trouver des solutions et vous avez été indemnisée. Par ailleurs, Anne-Sophie a été présente quotidiennement à vos côtés.
J’ai été peinée de constater que votre séjour dans la maison n’a pas été agréable et je vous prie de croire que bien au contraire j’ai à cœur respecter les vacanciers contrairement à ce que vous affirmez.
