Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’un mois à Saint-François ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La terrasse et la vue nous ont permis de profiter pleinement du climat et du calme des lieux.Fabrice et Laetitia ont étés très à l’écoute, éfficace et disponible et réactif tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.L’emplacement est idéal : proche du golfe, des commerces et du port, tout en restant dans un quartier tranquille.Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Saint-François dans les meilleures conditions.Un grand merci à Alexia et Justine pour leur gentillesse.À très vite !

Katia et sa famille ont été des voyageurs parfaits ! Les échanges avec Katia ont été très agréables et fluides, nous avons eu un excellent contact dès le début. Katia et sa maman sont des personnes très sympathiques, respectueuses. Elles ont pris grand soin de l’appartement, laissé dans un état impeccable. Nous sommes ravis qu’elles aient passé un bon séjour et serons très heureux de les accueillir à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe 🌴🌴

Appartement très confortable

Appartement où l’on se sent directement chez soi.Une belle grande chambre à l’étage avec une salle de bain attenante. Le must, une belle grande terrasse sous le soleil levant pour petit-déjeuner avec le chant des oiseaux et ombragée toute l’après-midi nous permettant de se reposer à l’ombre et agrémentée de 2 ventilateurs.Il y a également un très grande et agréable piscine dans la résidence.

Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir Xavier et son épouse et tout s’est très bien passé. Ils ont été des locataires très respectueux, et très soigneux de l’appartement. Nous les recommandons vivement à d'autres propriétaires, et espérons pouvoir les accueillir à nouveau à l'avenir.

Très confortable et bien décoré

L’accueil par Alexia est très bien. Le studio est très agréable et ses équipements de haute qualité. La décoration est superbe. Nous avons subi une coupure d’eau de cinq jours, le réserve s’étant révélée bien utile. La piscine est magnifique, y aller le matin ou après 16 heures . La terrasse a l’ombre l’après midi est très appréciable. La proximité de Saint François est très pratique.

Très bel appartement, moderne.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce bel appartement moderne impeccable bien situé, terrasse très agréable avec une très belle piscine. Virginie nous a très bien accueilli, et à toujours était présente pour nos questions. Les propriétaires ont été toujours joignables et très réactifs. Seul bémol un problème de bruit dans la chambre qui doit être solutionné, la copropriété et le propriétaire sont au courant.

Suite à vos retours, nous avons obtenu en urgence la mise en place d une minuterie stoppant la VMC objet des nuisances sonores la nuit. Cette dernière devrait être changée prochainement.
