About this property

Aspen Hollow, Waterfront Mountain Luxe Home

Enjoy our newly constructed 4 bedroom home on Gold Creek, with nearly 2500 feet of water frontage on 41 timbered acres. This unique haven is located 1 hour from Missoula, 1.5 hours from Bozeman, and just 45 minutes from historic Philipsburg!

This brand new and beautifully appointed home awaits your visit. Coming through the stone foyer you'll be welcomed into a large professional kitchen with high end appliances including a La Cornue range, custom hood with copper and antique iron work. We have furnished the kitchen with copper pots, vintage dishware, hand blown glasses, and hotel silver details.

The main floor bathroom is comprised of reclaimed floor tiles, a one- of-a-kind antique vanity, marble towel bar, vintage leather mirror, and brushed gold European fixtures.

The dining room seats 8 comfortably on Ralph Lauren leather "Camp" dining chairs, large hand painted floor cloth, and oversized woven Kilim chairs for the head and foot. The 12 foot divided window overlooks the water, and has views back to the fireplace in the Cabin and into the professional Barn kitchen.

The original "Cabin" has been painstakingly distressed and lends its charm to the living room with immaculate stone work, fabulous reclaimed hardwood floors, and an oversized wood fireplace. You can both hear and see Gold Creek rushing by from the living room covered porch in one of our willow rockers, or relax in the Adirondack chairs circling the stone fire pit. The Master bedroom has its own Juliette balcony to take in this fantastic sight, or relax on the covered porch off the kitchen, which is ideal for outside dining and cooking. There is also air conditioning, should the cool summer nights not be enough for your comfort.

The serene Master bedroom located upstairs in the Barn addition, has a luxurious King size bed with a custom headboard and special mica and wrought iron chandelier. The view of the gas fireplace and distressed stone surround with its antique mantle from the bedroom adds romance to the view of our waterfront locale.

The upstairs guest room, located down the hall in the Barn addition, has a sumptuous Queen size bed with linen headboard and nail trim details. A handsome antique dresser of burled wood, and unique furnishings make this an ideal location to revitalize yourself.

The upstairs hall includes 2 workspaces for hardwired service, or the entire home is wireless allowing you to connect to business at your leisure and desired location.

The upstairs Barn bathroom includes a fabulous copper tub, copper sinks, Newport Brass Copper fixtures, radiant slate floors, private commode area, and Aveda bath and body products.

The Cabin bedroom located in the loft above the Living Room has another King size bed, with 2 large 8 foot divided dormer windows overlooking Gold Creek and with additional views to the northern woods.

The Cabin bathroom has a large walk in shower with a window overlooking the Creek, an Onyx tumbled stone floor, stone walls, and aged bronze hardware. The radiant floors ensure your comfort and warmth.

The Butler Pantry includes generous storage facilities, a 60" copper sink for overage from the kitchen, or to more conveniently take care of larger items from dining on the side porch. The washer and dryer are located in the back Butler Pantry with large granite areas for folding and additional prep.

The downstairs media/TV Room has a leather sofa and opens to reveal a double bed allowing for 2 more sleeping spots, perfect for children or movie night. The media/TV room full bath has a refurbished antique bookshelf, and another walk in stone tumbled shower.

We have tried to anticipated your every need from a 72" tv in the media/TV room, 60" in the Living room and 42 " in the kitchen and the Master, all complimented with (underground) high speed internet. Amazons Alexa is in several locations throughout the home to help with recipes, booking outdoor excursions such as fly fishing, floating the Blackfoot River, making reservations, or if you want to hear your favorite music.

We have 41 acres to enjoy without getting in a car, or we encourage you to explore all that Montana has to offer starting with our State / Federal land located only 2 miles away for outdoor recreation and enjoyment. Glacier National Park is 3 hours north, and Yellowstone is equidistant to the South. Old Works, the Jack Nicklaus designed course, is open to the public and rated "Top 100 Golf Courses" by Golf Digest, only 40 miles away.
