10 km from Honfleur, in the commune of Quetteville (300 inhabitants), the Domaine de la Kernery extends over a little more than 2 hectares and is composed of 3 independent houses (an old wine press, a farmhouse and an annex). The Domaine is a haven of calm and rest (no visible neighbours).

A large heated swimming pool will be at your disposal when the weather permits (if necessary shared with the owners when they are here!).

We rent out the "Ferme" on our estate, which is located at the bottom of the property and is more than 100 metres from the house that is not for rent.

The "Ferme" is a typical thatched cottage with a ground floor and a first floor (accessed by an outside staircase).

The farmhouse has 3 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room/kitchen and a games room. It is ideal for a family or two couples of friends.

The terrace is very sunny and will allow you to have an aperitif and then your meal until late in the evening in summer. The Farmhouse is equipped with Wifi, a modern connected TV and a large fireplace. It also has a washing machine.

The domain is well covered by the Orange network but less well covered by other operators (which may be important for teleworkers, even if the farm has Wifi)

There are apple, cherry, walnut, pear, blueberry and raspberry trees all over the property. If it's wall to wall, it's because you don't want to waste it: treat yourself!
