This newly constructed property is adjacent to the main property, which sits directly on Big Redfish Lake. There are several beach access points in the area, with the closest being 1 block from the property.

Features of the carriage house include a full kitchen with stainless appliances, living area with 50" TV and a counter with seating for two. The bedroom features a king bed and a full bath with dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower.

The Blue Mountain Beach area is conveniently located on Scenic Hwy 30-A, making "Crystal Blue Persuasion" the perfect retreat for a beach getaway. In addition, Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities including bike trails and shopping and is located near Grayton Beach State Park. Additionally, the home features deeded and public beach access points.

Blue mtn beach charmer!

Great guesthouse! Bed was comfy. Very clean and close to everything in blue mtn beach. Beach access 5-7 min walk. Love this little gem!

We Loved Crystal Blue Persuasion!

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to get away to the beach together when all the kids couldn’t come. It’s charming and tastefully decorated, was spotless, comfortable and a quick still to the gorgeous gulf waters - loved our stay!

I had the best sleep I've had in years! This very comfortable peaceful space had everything we needed in the kitchenette, a relaxing sitting area inside and outside, all in a perfect location with a short walk to beach access and close to several restaurants. We will be back!

My stay at "Crystal Blue Persuasion" was nothing short of delightful. This charming 1BR/1BA carriage house is perfect for a cozy getaway for two. The property is modern, with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious walk-in shower, and a comfortable king bed. Located just a block from the beach, it was easy to enjoy the beautiful Gulf waters. The quiet neighborhood and convenient location near Scenic Hwy 30-A made exploring the area a breeze. Highly recommend for a romantic and relaxing retreat!

Perfect Spot!

Crystal Blue Persuasion was the perfect place for our vacation. The apartment was very clean, and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking breakfast & lunch and having a washer/dryer was very handy for keeping beach towels & lines washed. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Blue Mountain Beach is not as crowded as neighboring areas, but still within minutes of all the best food & shopping. Communication with the management company was so easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was my second time there, I like to get away by myself once a year so it's perfect for me. I feel safe and super comfortable. Nice little walk to the beach, peaceful area! The home has everything a person would need. I just wish next time, you would keep the temperatures under 100 degrees when I am there, LOL!

** Perfect Beachside Getaway**

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming carriage house! The location was perfect at just a short stroll to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and surf every day. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet close enough to local shops and restaurants that we had plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The rental itself was perfect for two people. It was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were used daily. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's sleep after our daily beach adventures. Overall, this rental provided us with everything we were looking for—a great location, close proximity to the beach, and a perfect setup for two. We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at this Carriage House! Amazing location and perfectly appointed, well designed, excellent local for a couple. Loved the quick walk to the beach, restaurants and bike rentals. This rental had everything we needed that you would find in a large rental, but was cozy for just two! Only change: the sofa needs to be cleaned. We did not sit on the sofa as the cushions had some stains (looked like chocolate or dirt on all cushions). I think this is an easy remedy. Finally, we loved having the app to access key, codes and information. We will be back in December! Great stay and we have stayed at many across the U.S.

Short weekend stay

This property was perfect for my husband and I to make a short trip to 30A as we are building another home there. It was decorated very nice and very clean! I love the clean, light pallet. There are no bikes or golf cart with this property, but it’s a short easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in BM Beach. Garage apartment was wonderfully decorated. Everything you need. Owner of main home was extremely nice and helpful with any questions. Beach just down the street on Blue Lake. We rented a golf cart and the drive was less than a min and there are several golf cart parking spaces ( if walking less than 5 min walk). Close to everything. Highly recomend.

Perfect Couples Retreat

Lovely new property nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beautiful white sand beaches, homemade ice cream stand, and public beach where fireworks could be seen down the entire coast. Short drive to Watercolors and Seaside. Owners were home in main house, and so very helpful and informative. So enjoyed our July 4th getaway!

14-day getaway

Crystal Blue Persuasion is attractive and functional for two adults. I would have preferred a place with more and larger screened windows, because I prefer fresh air to A/C much of the time. Proximity to beach is great (about a six minute walk at a leisurely pace), but parking at the beach access is virtually non-existent (one non-handicapped spot, which is always occupied). Good eating right nearby (Redfish Taco, Blue Mable, Blue Mountain Bakery). Kitchen is well-stocked, up-to-date appliances. Nice bed and bathroom.

Long Weekend Panhandle Vacay

My husband and I spent a quiet, stress free, four nights/three days at Crystal Blue Persuasion in Santa Rosa, Florida. The carriage house apartment was exceptionally clean and in superb condition, fully furnished with everything you needed to have a relaxing stay - nothing missing (kitchen or bath items) or in disrepair. Had Direct TV to include several premium channels and we had no problem with WiFi reception. The neighborhood is upscale and very safe with the beach entrance approximately two blocks away - easy walk/sparse traffic. During our stay in March, very few people were on the beach and several restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. A Publix was nearby (on Hwy 98) for your grocery/adult beverage needs. The owner and her sweet dog Walton were in the main residence and we never heard a peep from either. There are absolutely no drawbacks from staying here and we plan on returning in the future. Highly recommend.

Blue Mountain Beach Review

The garage apartment was very clean and nice. The location was a few blocks from the water. We would book this apartment again. The only thing that I noticed was that the garage night lights were on all night and the were shining into the bedroom, making the bedroom very light.

Awesome Place!

This 1 bedroom carriage house has everything you need, including a full kitchen. It is a very clean and comfortable stay. It's tucked away in a quiet secluded neighborhood with views of an inland coastal dune lake and minutes walk to public beach access. It's also right off 30A and walking distance from restaurants. If you're looking for a nice, quiet beach get away and only need one bed, this is the perfect place to stay! Will definitely come back.
