-Small charming house in Noirmoutier, built in 2012 on a fully enclosed plot of 500 m².<br>-The 80 m² house is located in the Frandière district....... A quiet place, quite quiet, ideal for idleness.<br>-You are 400 m from the beautiful beaches of Barbâtre and the pine forest.<br>-The house is composed of a living room of 40 m², 2 bedrooms with beds of 160, walk-in shower, this one is non-smoking.<br>-On site a courtyard with American kitchen, barbecue, plancha and gas fires, fridge etc... etc.<br>-Heated swimming pool from mid-June to September, in the middle of the vegetation....<br>-Two bicycles are at your disposal (men, women) as well as fishing equipment.<br>-You are 10 minutes by car from Noirmoutier en l'île and, pretty bike rides..... or on foot, await you everywhere on the island.<br>-Pets are not allowed.<br>-A CLEANING PACKAGE (optional) is offered at 80 euros.<br>-A DEPOSIT OF 600 EUROS CHEQUE, BANK TRANSFER OR CASH, will be requested on arrival.<br>-If you are interested, contact us with the Vrbo website or....... via Facebook with the name of the host Philippe Prin.<br><br>

A little bit of Paradise

This is a stunning place to escape relax with amazing hosts Philippe and Catherine.The property features a secure gated entrance with private parking. Inside, the home is ideally sized for a small family or couple, offering a beautifully designed and fully equipped kitchen that makes cooking a pleasure.However, the true highlight of this holiday retreat lies outdoors. The outdoor area includes a kitchen with a BBQ, and multiple seating options where you can relax in either sun or shade.To top it off, a stunning swimming pool offers the perfect spot to cool down and unwind during the warm summer months.Noirmoutier itself has plenty to offer with various local markets during the week. Our favourite was in the main town in the North on a Sunday or Tuesday. We took the car to drive there. You can buy clothes, bags, tablecloths, Jewellery and there is also an amazing choice of fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and very tasty homemade quiche. The best boulangerie/patisserie we found is called Le Moulin de L’Epine which we highly recommend. We hired electric bikes and crossed the bridge to the mainland to explore Fromentine town which had a choice of seafront restaurants and bars.This house is a little bit of Paradise. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Catherine and Philippe as hosts.

Noirmoutier regorge de petits endroits à visiter ou bien se restaurer et prendre un verre. Fromentine est également un bon choix 👍 Effectivement, la boulangerie “le moulin de l'épine" fabrique de très bons pains Nous sommes ravis de vous avoir accueilli dans notre maison Gavin, ce fut un plaisir.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Die Besitzer haben hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ruhiger Strand, der zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wahnsinnig nette und bemühte Vermieter.

Petit paradis à Barbâtre !

La maison de Catherine et Philippe est superbe. C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos. La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec charme et très bien entretenue. Le jardin est très agréable et la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. La plage de barbâtre est accessible à pieds. Nous avons profité pleinement de nos vacances. MERCI beaucoup à tous les deux de nous ouvrir les portes de votre petit paradis :)

Geweldige vakantie!

Bij onze aankomst had Philippe, de gastheer, alles voorzien zodat we onze eerste avond ter plaatse onmiddellijk konden genieten van het geweldig gezellige huisje. Alles was heel netjes en we kregen een uitgebreide rondleiding en uitleg. We hebben vooral genoten van het zwembad en het buitengedeelte. Dit was, zoals de rest van de woning, supermooi onderhouden. Echt een aanrader!

Un moment inoubliable

Dés notre arrivée, nous sommes accueillis par les propriétaires, Catherine et Philippe, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance. J'avais déjà communiqué avec Philippe lors de la réservation et durant les mois qui ont précédés notre arrivée car j'avais quelques questions et toujours, il a été réactif et disponible. Sincèrement, on ne pouvait espérer meilleur accueil, quel plaisir de rencontrer de telles personnes. La maison est un petit paradis, idéalement placée (moins de 10 minutes de la plage en passant par la pinède aux effluves envoutantes), chaleureuse et parfaitement pensée. Rien ne manque, vous déposez vos valises et vous profitez immédiatement de cette belle maison à la décoration soignée. A l'extérieur et côté jardin, accrochez vous, c'est juste magnifique... Parfaitement entretenu, fleuri à chaque recoin, sans aucun vis-à-vis, dans une tranquillité absolue, vous jouissez d'une piscine chauffée et d'une cuisine extérieure entièrement équipée (barbecue, planche, évier, etc...). Je n'exagère rien, cette maison est un véritable havre de paix au-delà de nos espérances. L'île est magnifique, ses paysages sauvages vous raviront, les plages sont généreuses et jamais bondées, (même en plein juillet), et si vous êtes à la recherche d'une nature préservée (faune et flore), vous êtes au bon endroit. Dans ou hors de la maison, on se sent immédiatement bien, hors du temps qui finit par nous rattraper lorsqu'il est malheureusement temps de partir. Encore merci Philippe!

Merci Johnny pour ce message sympathique. Comme nous avons pû l'évoquer ensemble, cette maison n'était pas destinée à la location mais plutôt pour nos vieux jours. Nous y avons consacré du temps et beaucoup de passion pour en arriver à ce résultat qui semble convenir. Nous sommes ravis de pouvoir mettre à disposition notre maison quelques jours dans l'année.

Vacances idéales au calme

La maison est parfaite et le cadre magnifique. Tout correspond à l'annonce et c'est même encore mieux en vrai. Les hôtes sont de plus très sympathiques, nous avons passé une belle semaine. Merci encore

Des vacances reposantes en bord de mer

Deux semaines reposantes, ensoleillées, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer, la découverte de l’île à vélo…une jolie maison, décorée avec soin et un jardin superbe, la piscine chauffée étant très agréable en fin de journée. Enfin, l’accueil et la gentillesse de Catherine et Philippe nous ont fait chaud au coeur.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur l’île de Noirmoutier et avons eu un excellent accueil par nos hôtes. Maison agréable et dans un endroit calme où notre bébé a même pu profiter de la belle piscine. Nous recommandons cette location, c’était parfait!
