**What more to ask for than a 3-bedroom apartment with view of the sea? Two large terraces? The best natural light right from morning? A private parking? A swimming pool? Beaches and shopping withing a short walk? You got all of that!**

Just come here and set your luggage down to enjoy the perfect dream vacation in this fully renovated apartment. You will find:

- A large living room opening directly to the gorgeous 25m² terrace, oriented South-East so you can have the perfect breakfast watching the sun rise.

- Three bedroom, with the following amenities:

One bedroom suite (turquoise color theme) with private bath with glass-enclosed shower, and toilets, as well as plenty of storage space with dressing area, a queen size bed and direct access to the terrace (with the view of the sea right off the bed, as a bonus).

A second bedroom suite as well (green apple color theme) with a closet, a queen size bed, and also direct access to a second 30m² terrace, with Northwest orientation and a unique view to the hills of the Californie area of Cannes. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom (deep blue color theme) with a king size bed, closets and dressing area, and opening also to the second terrace.

- A large open-floor kitchen, well equipped including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being separate since they are with the laundry washer and they get along perfectly.

**The highlights of this apartment:**

- Within a luxury residential property with swimming pool.
- Very quiet and peaceful location, despite being close to a train track (there are no trains during the night and only local slow-moving commuter trains use this line).
- Upper floor and double-pane windows in all rooms.
- Private locking storage space underground the building.
- Dual cooling/heating system in all rooms.
- High-speed internet connection because all you need is love and wifi.
- 2 terraces.
- Spacious bedrooms.
- Beaches and all shopping options withing a short walk.

**And, as a bonus:**

- House linen is provided (sheets, bath and kitchen towels), including 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sizes are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them).
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, etc...)

**IMPORTANT: to protect everyone's peace and quiet, no evening parties or celebrations are allowed. No pets are allowed. Smokers must take their cigarette breaks only outdoors on the terraces. Two bedrooms are on the side the railway line, so the train can be hear despite the double glazing.

**Some geography so you know where you are:**

After just a few steps down your street, the Rue James Grant Milne, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within a short walk (except if you decide to try walking on your hands):

- Head to the Mouré Rouge beach to do some skinny dipping or find an outdoor cafe to have a drink (just a minute or two away).

- Stroll along one end of the Croisette, along the Port Canto docks to admire the luxury yachts (or check out your next purchase...)

- Go get some sun on a park bench in the Jardin des Hespérides (6 minutes if you spend time admiring the building facades).

- Convince the whole family to follow you to the Place de l’Etang for a pétanque game (convincing them may take way more time than getting there).

And if you want to take a ride by car, you can do this:

- Go to the other end of the Croisette (on the city center side) and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.

- Empty your bank account in the stores on the chic Rue d'Antibes.

- Go take a selfie like a movie star (everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for business.

- Board a train at the Cannes station for an unknown destination (or not).

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

**To make your life easier:**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a baby cot bed or a high chair for your little travel companions. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.

Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

**Good to Know:**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

**IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).**

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
