**You are looking for a convenient place to stay, perfectly situated to enjoy the city's activities? Walk to restaurants, the beaches and shopping? Then you just found it! So simply put down your suitcases, with you family or some friends, in this typical Cannes 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city center, only 2 minutes away from the famous Croisette and Rue d'Antibes.**

You will enjoy:

- A great living room/lounge with a convertible sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a storage/wardrobe unit.

- A very spacious bedroom, with queen size bed and a flat-screen TV.

- A second bedroom with 2 single beds.

- A large separate kitchen with a dining table for 4 and all the necessary equipment you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?) along with appliances including a kettle, toaster and of course all the dishes, pot, pans and tableware you can dream of.

- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either).

- Top floor of the building (4th floor), so no one above.
- Cross-open, East to West.
- Lateral sea view
- Ideal location during city events or conventions at the Palais or to discover all the town's activities (in the heart of the so-called “Golden Square” of the city).
- Dual heating/cooling system in all rooms.
- Double-pane windows for maximum comfort and quietness.
- High-speed internet connection because all you need is love and wifi.

**And, as a bonus:**

- Bed linen is provided.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person provided (sizes are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, and a big smile even if you arrive late, promise!)

**IMPORTANT: to protect everyone's peace and quiet, no evening parties or celebrations are allowed (only in the apartment, because in the local bars, it's OK). Pets are not allowed. Smokers must take their cigarette breaks only outside the building.**

Some geography so you know where you are:

Located on the Rue du Commandant André, you will be able, right out of the building, to enjoy the following points of interest only a few minutes away on foot (or way more if you to work out and walk on your hands):

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled (1 min.)

- Empty your bank account in the stores on Rue d'Antibes (1 minute to get there, a little more to empty your account, depending on its size).

- Go take a selfie like a movie star (everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for business (5 minutes away).

- Board a train at the Cannes station if you need to escape (4 minute-walk).

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets (time will be up to you and your legs).

**To make your life easier:**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a baby cot bed or a high chair for your little travel companions. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.

**Good to Know:**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

**IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).**
