Two bags of coal and first £10 of electricity (first £5 for short break) inc. in rent, remainder at cost from meter reading. Bed linen inc. in rent. Parking by church gates. Small front garden. Chocolates, champagne and flowers can be arranged with owner. One well-behaved dog welcome. Pubs/restaurant, shops etc. 2 mins walk.
