About this property

2 vacation homes for 16 people


Located in Saint-Martin-de-Salencey, in the heart of Burgundy, our 210 m² fully renovated double cottage welcomes you with family or friends for friendly and relaxing stays.
The cottage can accommodate up to 16 people.

Our house is located at the end of the property. The cottage has its own entrance, private garden, equipped terrace, and own parking.
The cottage includes:
a large living room with fully equipped kitchen,
a TV lounge,
a children's playroom (from 2 to 12 years old),
7 bedrooms,
5 bathrooms and 5 toilets,
large green spaces with armchairs, sunbeds and a playground,
a terrace equipped for your meals and moments of relaxation.
You will stay in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, in a green, calm and soothing setting. Our domestic and breeding animals participate in the warm life of the place.

Covered and heated municipal swimming pool 6 km away (open from March to the end of October)

Excellent séjour dans cette région magnifique qu'est le Sud Bourgogne.

Les 2 gîtes mitoyens sont confortables, pratiques pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis.

Fabuleux

Super séjour avec des amis. Nous étions 14 et les 2 gîtes étaient parfaits pour nous : 7 chambres magnifiques et 5 salles de bains superbes . Tout est neuf , propre et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très sympatique, l'accueil est chaleureux. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner

Excellent séjour passé au coeur de la Bourgogne du sud. La gentillesse des hôtes a été très apprécié par toute la famille.

Séjour au top

Le gîte est juste magnifique, le lieu est très beau et très calme. On s’y sent bien. Une vraie maison de famille spacieuse et agréable, très bien équipée et joliment décorée dans une région à découvrir. Un très bon séjour en famille dans ce gite agréable et convivial que tous ont beaucoup apprécié : parents, enfants et petits enfants. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont extrêmement sympathiques et conviviaux. Bref, un séjour de déconnexion totale, séjour à refaire dès que possible car c'est idéal pour se retrouver en famille.

Super séjour au Cœur Clunisois

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec des amis et avons occupé les deux logements (gîteet chambres d'hôtes), qui sont très spacieux et très bien équipés. Une mention spéciale pour les chambres d'hôtes qui ont chacune une décoration différente et qui sont vraiment très belles, avec de très grandes salles de bain.

Gîtes agréables et confortables

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ces deux gîtes. C'était idéal pour notre grande famille. Nous avons apprécié le confort, la propreté et la tranquillité du lieu. Les gérants sont très agréables et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement!
