Each of FLOW’s 2 villas boasts a big, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq, laundry machines, on-suite bathrooms, a beautiful salt-water pool, private surf rack, outdoor shower and internet. While larger groups can visit family and friends staying in adjoining villas, each villa is truly its own private oasis. 

FLOW is situated in section "G", the "hottest" section of Guioness Beach.  It is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, trendy restaurants, juice shops, surf shops, yoga studios, kids skate board park, tennis clubs, and grocery stores. FLOW can offer full time cleaning service, a private chef, and a property manager to fulfill any of your concierge needs.

Trip of a Lifetime

We came down to Nosara to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with two other families and the FLOW house could not have been better. (We rented the F & L house.) The layout was ideal for everyone to have the perfect balance of together time and quiet time. It was also nice have the bedrooms a little separated from the living space so if the adults wanted to hang after dinner the kids could sleep. Grace the property manager was so helpful getting everything set-up for us from chef, golf carts, airport transfers, etc. Really was the trip of a lifetime and we can't wait to come back.

Incredible location, terribly noisy

Casa FLOW has so much potential! Located in one of the best spots in town, set back off of the main road and just a short walk to the beach and shops. The bedrooms suites are completely separate from the communal living space, a perfect layout for sharing with other families. The bedrooms could use more storage for clothing, other than that, they were comfortable and practical. Unfortunately we were not informed upon booking that it was located next to a huge construction site. Construction that produced dust and terribly loud noise from 6am to 7pm, 7 days per week. As a result we were not able to enjoy the pool area or spend any time relaxing at the home. We understand that new development is a reality in Nosara, and construction sites are everywhere. We just feel that guests should be informed before booking about the noise and the price adjusted. Complimentary cleaning service of both the home and pool area should be offered at least once every two days for the duration of the construction. We were told there were 4 bikes for our use during our stay but there were no bikes available. We would recommend an outdoor outlet to charge the electric golf carts. Rick Wilkins management team is excellent, they addressed all of our needs in a timely manner. We would absolutely give Casa FLOW another shot once the building next door has been completed.
