- Equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, cooking plate, dishwasher),
- laundry with washing machine and dryer,
- Bathroomwith shower and bath,
-Toilets separated.
Balcony with sea view and garden furniture. Parking free on the residence.
Animals not allowed.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 180€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la belle vue sur la grande plage, les volumes de l’appartement ainsi que son aménagement. La terrasse exposée sud-sud-ouest est effectivement un vrai atout pour profiter du soleil.
Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques concernant l’absence de store banne et l’installation du parasol, qui peut effectivement manquer de praticité, notamment pour certaines personnes.

Appartement spacieux au pied de la plage et des commerces possèdent une très belle vue sur la mer et belle île depuis la terrasse.
L’appartement est bien équipé on a simplement regrettés que la cuisine ne communique pas avec la pièce de vie
