This studio of almost 27m² for 2persons is located on the ground floor, building C, door n°79 in a residence with swimming pool "Le Parc du Bois d'Amour", landscaped park located 500m from the beach and Thalassotherapy.
It includes :
- Entry,
- Living room with TV and sofa,
- Equipped kitchen (cooking plates, microwave, fridge),
- Rest area with bed of 140cm large,
- Bathroom,
- Toilets separated.
Balcony with garden furniture.
Garage n°79 on the residence.
Access to the swimming pool of the residence from mid june to mid september.
Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).
Electric and water usage in extra charge (35€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 68€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
