Located in a quiet area, 800m from shops and 1km from Carnac's Grande Plage, 2-room semi-detached house with sleeping area (approx. 45m²) for 4 people, located in the residence LES MAISONS DE KERLOIS (house n°28):
- Direct entrance into the living room with lounge area (sofa, armchairs, Smart TV) and dining area (table and chairs) opening onto the east-facing terrace and small enclosed garden (garden furniture, sun loungers, electric barbecue)
- Open-plan and equipped kitchen area (3-ring ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine)

- Mezzanine with 2 bunk beds (80cm, blankets)

Très bien située et au calme
Petite maison agréable, bien équipée, et très bien située dans un environnement calme. La pièce de séjour est toutefois très encombrée avec un canapé et un fauteuil qui laissent peu de place de circulation. Par ailleurs j’avais réclamé la clé de la boîte aux lettres puisque j’ai fait suivre mon abonnement à un journal quotidien, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse et mes journaux sont restés dans la boîte aux lettres !
