Lage und Aussicht sehr schön; kleiner Strand (Gezeiten beachten), fußläufig vom Haus sehr gut erreichbar. Großer Garten, geschlossenes Grundstück, sehr gut geeignet für Hundehalter. Beschreibung in Bezug auf die Zimmer nicht korrekt, da nur ein geschlossenes Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist, anderes Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, nach unten hin offen. Die Ausstattung ist befriedrigend, alles macht einen etwas verwohnten, unsauberen und desorganisierten Eindruck. Besonders die Dusche und das Badezimmer weisen viele unhygienische Ecken auf. Anlässlich des gehobenen Preises mangelt es an entsprechender Ausstattung. Es gibt leider keine Gartenmöbel und nur eine provisorisch wirkende Terrasse ohne Sonnenmarkise oder Sonnenschirm.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre la mer et l’île beaucoup de visites, la maison est conforme à la description. C’est un très bon point de chute pour visiter toute la région.

Maison de pêcheur à L'ile Grande

Très agréable séjour. Maison facile d'accès et très bien agencée compte-tenu de la surface. Equipement complet pour la cuisine, la SdB, les meubles de jardin.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les baies vitrées apportant beaucoup de clarté et leurs volets roulants électriques. La qualité de la literie. Le jardin entretenu et fleuri. Le professionnalisme de l'agence Le Guern à Tregastel suite un incident matériel.Nous avons moins apprécié les passages de voitures - peu bruyants mais fréquents - dans la rue à 20 mètres de la maison. Le muret bas séparant le jardin et la rue permettant à notre chien de sauter dans la rue. Le mobilier hétéroclite. L'escalier très raide. La TV fixée au mur bien loin et en biais par rapport au canapé. Nous aurions aussi aimé disposer de vélos.

Hâvre de paix

Petit hâvre de paix, fonctionnel, très bonne exposition à l'entrée de l'île. Grand terrain pour se détendre après les longues promenades.
