Fitted and equipped kitchen: 3-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Independent suspended toilet.
Shower room (3.94x1.90): cupboard, large shower and sink.
Bedroom 1 (3.70x2.60) overlooking rear terrace (East exposure): 1 bed 160.
