Es gibt ein riesengroßes Grundstück mit herrlichen Blumenfeldern.Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, war aber für unseren Hund kein Problem.Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen trotz Regen und Sturm.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle maison et pleinement profité de son cadre idyllique, sans vis-à-vis. L'accueil très attentionné de M. Vial nous a beaucoup touché. Pour ceux qui apprécient le calme et la nature, en proximité d'une station balnéaire ainsi que d'autres plages plus sauvages, c'est juste parfait.

LE GR A LA PORTE DU GITE

Pour qui aime la nature et les randonnées, le gîte est très bien placé : dernière maison avant un chemin qui mène à la plage de la palue et au GR (10 minutes). de quoi faire de grandes balades sans prendre la voiture. le soir, les chevreuils se rapprochent si on est silencieux... un gîte très beau, bien équipé. le propriétaire est très sympathique, et à l'écoute des besoins. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions à l'arrivée. Nous avons passé une super semaine.

La maison est très confortable pour un penty qui sont d'habitude plus petits. M. Vial a equipé sa maison avec des objets de belle facture (piano de cuisine La cornue et poêle alsacien). Et la maison est parfaitement située, proche des plages et au bout d'un charmant village. Nous conseillons vivement.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Hausherren empfangen und es war eine Freude, uns von ihm durch das großzügige Haus und über das noch viel großzügigere Grundstück führen zu lassen. Ein großer Wohnraum , eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer (davon ein Durchgangszimmer), ein geräumiges Badezimmer und 2 Toiletten. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße unweit eines Traumstandes (circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Badeverbot aufgrund der Strömung aber für Spaziergänge und knietiefes Waten im klaren Wasser ganz wunderbar geeignet, auch perfekt für Mutige zum Wellenreiten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus, auf dem wunderschönen Grundstück und der traumhaften Halbinsel sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder, insbesondere auch aufgrund der Freundlichkeit und Großzügigkeit des Hausherren. Vielen Dank!

Jolie maison pour un séjour au calme

Jolie maison en pierre au bout d'un hameau. Grand terrain-jardin, proche du sentier côtier, belle vue dégagée sur la lande. Plage accessible à pied, commerces et restaurants à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture. Spacieuse maison très bien équipée, nous avons été reçus par le propriétaire, très sympathique et disponible. Idéal pour un séjour au calme et en pleine nature!

Schlechteste Erfahrung in 35 Jahren Frankreichurlaub

Bis auf die Lage ist alles andere an dem Haus eine Zumutung. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft völlig verdreckt (Spinnweben, Staub, Dreck auf den Fussböden, in den Schränken, Schubladen, klebrige Haushaltsgeräte...), besonders das Badezimmer. Nach Reklamation wurde 5 Tage später gereinigt. Wesentliche Angaben im Internet stimmten mit der Realität nicht überein: Von zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern war eines davon ein Durchgangszimmer, so dass die Nachtruhe laufend gestört war. Es gab keinerlei Schränke für Bekleidung etc., statt dessen eine winzige Abseite von 1,5 m Höhe in die man kriechen musste. Darin befand sich ein wackliger, primitiver Kleiderständer. Die Wände und Türen waren so dünn, dass jeder Atemzug aus dem Nachbarraum zu hören war. Angegeben waren zwei Badezimmer. Tatsächlich gab es nur eins. Das Zweite war ein winziger Raum im Dachgeschoss mit Toilette und Miniwaschbecken. Die Möbel waren alt, leider nicht antik, dafür aber teilweise zerschlissen. Einen Abstellraum gab es nicht, deshalb wurden die Gartengeräte, Gestühl, Sonnenschirm bei schlechtem Wetter im Essbereich gelagert. Die Küchenausstattung (trotz neuer Küche) war ebenfalls völlig unzureichend: Zu wenig, dabei verschlissenes Geschirr, Geschirrspülmaschine nicht wirklich funktionsfähig. Einen Garten gab es ebenfalls nicht, das Haus stand auf einer Wiese, die bis ans Haus ging und alle 3 -4 Wochen gemäht wurde. Im Bereich des Hauses gab es kaum Gras, sondern weitgehend Unkraut. Ein Anbau am Haus war schon vor Jahren zusammengebrochen. Die Trümmer lagen immer noch da und waren von Unkraut überwuchert. Unverschämt war das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Der Besitzer hatte keinerlei Einsehen in die Situation und nicht bereit, einen Preisnachlass zu geben. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass von keiner Seite für Abhilfe gesorgt wurde. Die fehlerhaften Angaben auf der FeWo-direkt-Seite waren anscheinend bei der Übertragung der französischen Internetseite auf die deutsche Seite innerhalb der sog. "FeWo-direkt-Familie" entstanden. FeWo-direkt übernimmt dafür als Plattform keinerlei Verantwortung. Diverse Reklamationstelefonate führten letztlich zu nichts. Die vollmundigen Angaben: "mit Vertrauen buchen" sind nichts als Schall und Rauch. Fazit und Empfehlung: Keine Buchungen mehr über FeWoDirekt. Buchungen nur bei Anbietern, die für ihre Angaben verantwortlich gemacht werden können.
