Großartiger Urlaub!

Appartement genau wie beschrieben, für zwei Personen perfekt, tolle Terrasse! Morgens direkt in den Atlantik, nur zwei Minuten! Die Guinguette hinten raus: Super zum Kleinigkeiten essen, trinken und tanzen! Wir haben es genossen!

Très bon séjour

L appartement est très bien situé, juste la rue à traverser pour accéder à la mer, commerces juste à l arrière. Il est cependant très calme. La petite terrasse est vraiment très agréable pour l apéro, bronzer ou déjeuner avec une petite vue sur la mer. L appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût! C est un lieu très agréable pour passer une semaine de vacances☀️ Peut être plus adapté pour un couple sans enfant. Patrice est un hôte disponible.

Annonce imprécise

Appartement très propre très bien. Premier point négatif on ne peut pas fermer la porte de l’intérieur, il faut sortir fermer et faire le tour par la baie vitrée. Autrement dit niveau sécurité incendie cela est très très dangereux. Deuxième point négatif la vue mer des photos n’est pas du tout comme cela. On est obliger de sortir de l’appartement et de regarder à gauche via la terrasse. Pas terrible. Troisième point négatif le propriétaire ne prévient qu’il faut ajouter un supplément de 75€ à celui de la location pour le nettoyage. Une somme pas moindre surtout en fin de vacances et quand on a déjà pas un tarif de location. Dernier point: le stationnement compliqué dans el souterrain même avec un petit véhicule ainsi que le bruit du bar de nuit juste derrière l’habitation.

Logement conforme à l'annonce sauf manque douche extérieure pour le retour de la plage l'accès WIFI

Emplacement vraiment privilégié proche de la plage et calme personnes occupant le même immeuble très agréables. L'excès de bibelots que nous avons dû remiser dans les placards a été la seule gêne, donc autant dire aucune.
