A small house, well located for the beach and seaside walks.

This small house is well located, close to the sea and has a nice Italian restaurant at the end of the street. The property is well equipped, but wasn't very clean when we arrived. Unfortunately there were water repair works outside meaning that we had no water supply, or vehicle access for 3 days of our stay - this was not notified, and we had to depart earlier than planned. No rebate or compensation has been offered, which is disappointing. Also, the property is advertised with a garage, but it is not made clear that this cannot be used for a car because it contains a lot of the owners goods. (It can be used for bikes though).

Manque d'info sur emplacement de la maison et pas reçu code boîte à clefs à l'heure convenue.Obligé d'appeler pour l'avoir.Pas de lavabo dans les toilettes comme c'était noté sur l'annonce, et juste un reste de papier WC qui devait être fourni.Il a fallu en acheter.À la lecture de l'annonce on pourrait penser qu'il y a aussi deux WC. Mais non.Pas du tout de rangement dans la chambre parentale alors qu'il y a une commode sur la photo de l'annonce.Dommage pour tout cela car maison bien située.

séjour très agréable dans une maison confortable et calme(la vue sur la mer est toutefois un peu improbable!) à proximité de la côte et de la plage,la ville de chatelaillon est charmante. la proximité de la Rochelle (15 mn en voiture) est un plus

Maison agréable au calme

Bon emplacement pour pouvoir visiter La Rochelle et Rochefort, les îles de Ré et d'Oléron ou d'Aix. Très calme, plage familiale à 60m et un très bon restaurant italien à côté.

Un logement parfait pour notre weekend du 08 mai. A proximité immédiate du front de mer et des cabanes à huitres. De l'animation sans trop de foule. Cartier calme la nuit.

Excellent séjour en bord de plage

Belle location à 2 pas d'une plage familiale. Idéale avec des enfants. La maison est propre et bien équipée. Florent est accessible et réactif (encore merci pour le barbecue). Vraiment rien à y redire et si nous repassons des vacances dans la région nous relouerions avec plaisir.

Maison agréable proche de la mer

Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cette maison mais rien à redire. Maison propre, bien agencée et bien équipée. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit! On a pu également faire un petit tour à la plage qui est à 2 minutes à pied. Et petit plus, le restaurant pizzeria entre la maison et la plage fait de très bons plats à emporter.
