This Polesworth cottage has a first floor half tester double bedroom with a reading area and an en-suite shower room, a second floor twin bedroom, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility room and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Gatehouse Croft is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating in sitting/dining room and woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and wood for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture.
