House in a wonderful place with pool view, next to pine forest

We offer you to rent a 54 m2 house in a holiday village (with mainly houses),
located in a wonderful place, next to pine forests and golf courses !

Description of the house :
On the ground floor, you fill find the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen (American type), a dining room, and a shower room (with toilets).

On the first floor, you will find :
⁃ Bedroom 1: a double bed with storage space, and a balcony
(with a nice view of the pool and a pine forest)
⁃ Bedroom 2: two single beds with storage
⁃ Bedroom 3: a bunk bed
⁃ a bathroom
⁃ independent toilets

If you want to come with your family or friends, you can also rent a second house (45 m2) 20 meters away.

Beds are made before your arrival.


Activities and facilities :
⁃ You can easily go to the beach by foot (25 min) or by bike (10 min).
⁃ You can enjoy various forest walks or bike paths (possibility to rent bikes on site during the summer) to go to the beach or to the Lacanau lake.
⁃ Swimming pool outside (could be closed because of the covid crisis)

About Lacanau Océan :
⁃ Lacanau Océan is known for its SURF spots.
⁃ There are many shops in the city center.
⁃ There is a lake with beaches and various nautical activities.

Remote working possible : we can lend you a Bouygues hotspot. Work in VM tested without problem.

The garden is not enclosed so pets are only allowed if they are kept on a leash and weigh less than 20 kg.
