Très belle découverte

Région très chouette, gîte conforme à l'annonce (voir plus 🙂) . Le propriétaire et sa conjointe sont très sympas, dispos et pas intrusifs du tout. Plein de chouettes visites à faire dans les alentours ou juste flâner à la piscine. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour !

très belle propriéte refaite dans un ancien corp de ferme

très belle espace de vie refait avec gout, piscine impeccable. points négatifs: escalier en colimaçon inapproprié pour les enfants, porte de la salle de bain défectueuse (impossible à fermer, avec 3 couples et 3 enfants….) et parasol terrasse à changer

Mathias is such a lovely guy, his father too.. the whole site is so relaxing and beautiful, all I can say is wow!!! Do you want to sell the undeveloped barns as it’s amazing... love la Laigne too Such a pretty village with a lovely little shop and lovely people... 11/10 from us

Perfect

The Gite was lovely. There were eight of us staying, family group of adults and teenagers. The four double rooms, two bathrooms and living space was plenty. The property was clean and well equiped for self catering. Lovely private terrace at the bacl of the property with a BBQ and table and chairs. The pool was perfect, it is shared with the other gites but that was never a problem and we were able to splash around and cool down when we wanted. There are six bikes which we used to explore neighbouring villages, the roads are all flat and quiet and easy to travel on. The area is a quiet rural part of France, La Laigne is a half hour drive to La Rochelle, and the beaches. The village itself does not have a lot of facilities but it is only a ten minute drive to a supermarket. If you like water parks i would recommend La Gliss which is an hour drive away. Thank you Mathias, we had a lovely week stay.

Gîte très spacieux pour 6 personnes.(pouvant accueillir 8 personnes).belle piscine.2 salles de bains dont une en bas avec douche à l'italienne. Village sympa avec une boulangerie épicerie et un restaurant routier où l'on mange très bien.Le propriétaire est très accueillant et discret lors du sejour. Bref un super lieu de vacances pour se reposer en famille.

Nous avons séjourné dans le gîte de M.CHAMPSEIX au mois d'avril et nous avons adoré la maison ! Nous étions un groupe de 9 ( nous avions apporté un matelas gonflable car le logement peut accueillir 8 personnes), la maison est superbe, très spacieuse et propre. Nous avons pleinement profité du grand jardin,du barbecue mis à notre disposition et de la piscine chauffée (accessible à tous les locataires du gite). M.CHAMPSEIX est un propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement.

A beautiful, well presented and generously sized property.

This beautiful cottage is spacious and ideal for 4-8 people. Everything in the house is finished to a high standard and the large kitchen and 2 large bathrooms are ideal for families or bigger groups. Mathias and his family were perfect hosts - on hand when needed but never intrusive. We really enjoyed the garden, the swimming pool and the use of the bikes. This is a perfect place to 'get away from it all' and to relax in style and comfort - we loved it! Thank you.

Belle maison , spacieuse et bien équipée. Jardin et terrasse agréables. Bonnes literies. La piscine chauffée n'est pas très grande mais bien suffisante pour les enfants. Plages et activités dans le marais poitevin à proximité. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
