Located on the 4th floor of a historic Nice building accessible by stairs, without elevator.

DISTRICT
The Old Town is the living heart of Nice. Art galleries, restaurants, terraces and shops come together under the ocher facades and limpets of old buildings, in the alleys of this charming district. Your apartment is at the foot of the famous Cours Saleya Flower Market. A magnificent fruit, flower and other market will welcome you from Tuesday to Sunday, join the square for the antiques market on Monday. You just have to go under the arcades in front of your building to be on the Promenade des Anglais, the Baie des Anges and La plage des Ponchettes.

The main room open directly and separately onto the terrace. Through the front door you arrive directly on the terrace where you will find a table and chairs. The living / dining room is furnished with a large sofa, low tables to store your books, and a large television. A beautiful round table will welcome you to enjoy your moments of culinary relaxation.

The functional open kitchen is very well equipped; it has a dishwasher, a washing machine and an oven and a microwave and all the other utensils necessary to cook your return from market.

BEDROOM
The bedroom equipped with a large double bed with these bedside shelves, its lamps / reading lights and its storage. This room, like the living room, is air conditioned.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location for walking, beaching, dining. The biggest problem is that it is an older building, which is ok, except there is no elevator and you have to walk up 6 flights of dark, steep stairs to get to the apartment. Also, it overlooks Saleya and the parties go on til 3 am so it is very loud.

Le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas correct.

L'appartement proposé est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Le salon/cuisine est SEPARE de la chambre par un escalier EXTERIEUR. Le point positif est la vue depuis la petite terrasse et non depuis l'appartement. L'accès à cet immeuble se fait par l'arrière-cour des restaurants.
