This property was a great base for our visit to Nice. Loved being steps from the promenade and being able to walk just about everywhere from here! The view of the Med from the balcony is MUCH more impressive in reality than the photos. Be prepared for a tiny french elevator, but at least there is an elevator to get to the 7th floor!

Best place to stay in Nice with a View to the Mediterranean Sea
The location is perfect. Easy walk to all the places you want to see. I great coffee shop is conveniently at the base of the building. Viveka is the property manager and she is fantastic. We communicate with her frequently since the train was dealed a few times since we has to transfer a few times. The check-in and out was a breeze.

Best views in Nice!
We loved staying here. The place is very big and the balcony has great views of the Mediterranean on one side and the mountains on the other side. Bed was very comfortable, and the location was ideal for seeing so many sights. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a grocery store down the street. Viveka was great. She met us when we arrived and answered all our questions. We would definitely come back here.

The location was wonderful! Great view and an easy walk to many places. Viveka was easy to communicate with, and super helpful. Check in was no problem. This great apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bedroom had a wonderful heating/cooling system. The unit was right off the Promenade in a great location but it was very quiet at night. The kitchen and bathrooms were good size. The deck had a great view of the blue Mediterranean sea. I highly recommend!

Perfect central location to old Nice and the beach.
The property was clean and had all of the immenities needed. We enjoyed the view of the beach and the city from the balcony. It was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
There was good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water for both of us to shower.
The promenade was directly across the street making it quick to navigate the area.
Pro tip: the beautiful beach is mostly rocks, we recommend bringing good beach sandals.

Lovely Parisian Style Apt
A very beautiful space in a perfect area (chemin des Anglais) with a partial view of the Baie des anges. This unit is perfect for singles or a couple. It is also well stocked, kitchen-wise. The artwork, furnishings and partial pink marble flooring are reminiscent of a Parisian dwelling. A very cute pied à terre close to all amenities and all of the wonderful restaurants and shopping on the Place Massena/flower market. Highly recommend.
