Come and discover this holiday home 3kms from the sea; in a quiet residence.
Its LOCATION is IDEAL, it is located in a small village, where you will find a bakery, supermarket and butcher shop 5 minutes walk away...
You can access the seaside; on foot or by bike (cycle path); via small wooded paths.
You will also find all the shops and restaurants: 5 minutes from the centre of Muzillac and Damgan, 20 minutes from Vannes.

The House is fully EQUIPPED and offers you all the COMFORT to spend a holiday with family or friends:

-A living room of 35 m²: with sofa (not convertible) and dining table for 6 people.

-An open kitchen composed of:

-A pantry: a freezer, a washing machine and a storage and shoe cabinet.

-A toilet

Upstairs:

- A bathroom with bathtub that can be converted into a shower, and a toilet.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the 20m2 terrace with garden table, electric awning, and views of the countryside.
A petanque court, Breton bowling court and a tennis court are a 3-minute walk from the residence.

Access is through the entrance of the residence.
A free parking space No. 10 is located in front of the house for you to park and other spaces are available for visitors.

une maison charmante, fonctionnelle et bien placée pour les vacances. Avec de délicates attentions en prime (nombreux accessoires rarement proposés ailleurs, glaces en cadeau de bienvenue dans le congélateur), cet habitat a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Une excellente adresse.
