This attractive, semi-detached barn conversion, 3 miles from Llanfair Caereinion, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

The Stables is a delightful, semi-detached holiday home set on the edge of working farmland, a few miles from the small town of Llafair Caerinion in Mid Wales. With two bedrooms, a double and an adults bunk bedroom, the property can sleep up to four people. There's also a shower room on the first floor, whilst on the ground floor is a kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside, there is a private patio garden with furniture and BBQ, and ample off road parking. The Stable is a delightful base for friends and families.

Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, use of owner’s washing machine and tumble dryer on request, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 3 miles. Note: Water from private supply.

Town: The town of Llanfair Caereinion is built upon the site of an old Roman fort, in the valley of the River Banwy. There are several high street banks, a Post Office, two supermarkets, and three pubs. There is a river walk leading to an Arboretum containing over 25 different species of British trees, an ideal place to explore before jumping on the narrow gauge heritage steam railway that runs 8.5 miles west to Welshpool.
