Lakeside Condo Close to Summit County Ski Areas

We found the condo to cleaned and ready for our stay. It is in a convenient location with good parking and easy access to the highway. Everything worked and overall we found it to be as described in the write up. We would certainly use again.

The 2 BR, 2 BA condo has a central living room with the 2 bedrooms off to each side of the entrance hall. This affords a nice split for the people. There are 2 sets of bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom which provides pillow for singles. Very comfortable stay and we hope to be able to use the condo in the future.

This 2BR 2BA condo is a first floor unit, which is a convenience. The location is terrific with parking right by the unit, restaurants across the street, and a mountain view. The living and dining room furniture is modern and comfortable. Overall, It worked out great for our needs.

That said, there are some issues. We were there for almost 2 weeks of skiing so the ability to do laundry was essential. Though there is a washer/drier in the unit, the drier is small and inefficient so every washing load had to be split into multiple drier loads, a significant nuisance, not experienced in the rental of other like units in the same complex. The dryer is also not vented to the outside.

A member of our group had allergic symptoms when in the unit, which abated when outside. We noted a bag of kitty litter in the unit and there were cat hairs on furniture suggesting that a cat might have been present previously. If you’re cat-sensitive, check this out.

A humidifier was not available, an amenity sometimes found in other units.

Bunk beds are in one of the bedrooms, a benefit if you have kids.

An initial problem with wifi was managed quickly and effectively.
