Un coin de verdure au calme

La propriété est composée de plusieurs appartements tous très bien isolés les un des autres. L'appartement est bien agencé et les pièces sont bien réparties. Il est cependant à regretter qu'il n'y ait pas de table basse dans la partie salon ni de console de rangement dans la salle de bains.

Décevant

Si le logement était à 1ère vue conforme à la description faite sur le site, de nombreux détails se sont rapidement révélés un peu gênants, voire franchement difficiles à vivre au quotidien. En effet, si l'appartement était neuf (nous étions les 2nds locataires, comme en témoignaient les traces de peinture et les poussières de perçage de trous sur les plaintes) et propre dans l'ensemble, certains aménagements n'étaient pas adaptés pour accueillir 5 personnes, comme annoncé (heureusement que nous n'étions que 3...) : pas de lavabo dans la salle d'eau, mais un lave-main de toilettes ; pas de vrai rangement dans cette même salle d'eau ; seulement 4 chaises au total ; pas de rideaux occultants dans la salle où doit dormir le 5e locataire ; frigo bruyant dans cette même pièce ; pas assez de couverts dans la cuisine ; pas de lampes de chevet dans les chambres etc. La cerise sur le gâteau a été que nous avions choisi ce logement pour son équipement en WIFI, ce qui nous nous aurait été très agréable au vu de la météo désastreuse lors de notre séjour ; mais la box Internet étant placée 2 étages en dessous, le signal n'arrive pas jusqu'au logement (constaté par le technicien envoyé par l'agence qui gère le logement, quoi qu'en dise le gérant de cette dernière, qui a prétendu le contraire et s'est montré très discourtois...). Nous concluerons par la situation géographique du logement, qui est la journée agréable, au calme, avec une jolie vue alentour ; il faut cependant savoir que le bâtiment touche un camping, et notamment l'aire de jeux de celui-ci, où les enfants s'amusent jusque tard le soir. Leurs hurlements empêchent donc de s'endormir tôt, et les coqs voisins réveillent la maisonnée à l'aube. C'est plus que revigorant ! Pour toutes
