Ferienwohnung mit fantastischen Seeblick, Super!!

Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilien Hauses in Pare.Das Gebäude ist alt und feucht.Die Wohnung selbst ist die einzige Ferienwohnung, ist sehr groß und mit ital.Handwerkerkunst renoviert.Im großen Bad gibt es ein paar Schimmelecken die sehr unschön sind.Die Wohnungsausstattung ist stimmig,Geschirr und Besteck=gesammelte Werke.Das Kühlgerät,Spüler, Waschmaschine,Klima funktionieren gut.Die Betten sind super.Die Aussicht ist grandios,einfach fantastisch und entschädigt für vieles. Zur Nachbarschaft:die Wohnung liegt über einer kleinen Bar und neben einer Eisdiele.Diese sind sowohl unter der Woche aber vorallem am WE super gut besucht. Da sind schon mal 100 - 150 junge Leute und feiern. Hingegen der Kommentare einiger vorherigen Gäste ist das schon sehr laut und es geht bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.Schlafen vorn nur bei geschlossenem Fenster und Oropax möglich.Neben dem Gebäude liegt ein edles Hotel,die Terrasse des Hotel ist fast auf Augenhöhe mit der Wohnung.Hier wurde oft gefeiert, auch unter der Woche finden Hochzeiten und Feiern statt.Dann ebenfalls sehr laut. Parken vor dem Haus klappt meistens. Allg:Schlechte Busverbindung nach Lecco, der Fußweg ist lang.Taxi für 3 km 25,-€! Lecco selbst hat was.Nach Valmadrera langer Fußweg,aber lohnt.Supermarkt, Lokale,alles da.Überall kaum Tourismus,nur junge Leute sprechen Englisch.In Onno super Fisch (Barsch) org.Carbonara.Netter Ort,lohnt sehr.Bellagio sehr voll,Como für uns enttäuschend u. teuer. Viel Spaß

Thank you for a perfect stay. From the amazing view of the mountains and lake to the cafe for coffee and pastry in the morning and Rocco Pom for dinner. We wanted a place with a city-feel while quaint small town Italy. Hard to find, this was it. The apartment has everything. Super clean. Close drive to shopping. Perfect!

Traumhaft schöner Ausblick

Das negative zuerst. Die Dusche war verschimmelt. Und es waren ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten nicht in Ordnung. Den Schimmel haben wir mit Schimmel-ex (eine ganze Flasche verbraucht) beseitigt. Die kleinen Mängel hat der Vermieter umgehend beseitigt. Wir hatten Kontakt zum Schwager, der super freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten italienischen Mehrfamilienhaus, welches schon viel bessere Zeiten erlebt hat. Das hat uns bei der Ankunft geschockt. Nach 2x Treppenhaus hoch und runter gehen ( Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock), hatten wir uns dran gewöhnt. Die Wohnung selbst ist wie auf den Bildern ( es mangelt etwas an Sauberkeit [Spinnweben, Staub]; Der TV ist kein Smart-TV! ) und hat einen super Ausblick auf den Lago di Como. Traumhaft! Wir haben sehr oft morgens (dann scheint die Sonne auf den Balkon) und abends (dann im Schatten) auf dem zwar nicht tiefen, aber breiten Balkon gesessen und den Ausblick genossen. Im Haus im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar und nebenan eine Eisdiele (das beste Schokoladeneis was ich je gegessen habe! Die anderen Eissorten sind auch 1+; auch in der Bar waren wir oft) Es ist in unseren 12 Tagen immer ein reger netter Verkehr in der Bar und Eisdiele gewesen, den wir positiv empfunden haben, der aber nichts für ruhesuchende ist. Also Bar und Eisdiele sind für uns Pluspunkte gewesen. In der Wohnung fehlen Wein- und Biergläser. Wir haben uns dann mit normalen Trinkgläsern beholfen, von denen aber auch nur wenige da waren (beim Check-out haben wir das gesagt. Es wurde glaubhaft gesagt, dass man die Gläser ergänzt.) Von der Wohnung haben wir schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Der Bootsanleger ist ca 200 m entfernt. Lecco ist ca 3km weg und hat eine schöne Innenstadt. Malgrate (ca 1,5 km) hat nette Bars und Eisdielen und eine nette kleine Promenade zum spazieren und flanieren. Mailand ist ca 50 km weg ( Wir waren mit dem Auto dort, was angesichts des Verkehrsflusses [zum Teil nur 100m pro Minute] nicht zu empfehlen ist). Auch Como ist zum empfehlen (ca 25 km). Alles zusammengefasst: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Vue sur le lac qui permet l'évasion

C'est un appartement qui se situe au coeur de la Lombardie. La vue est très agréable et donne tout le cachet à cet appartement. Un bémol sur le bar au rdc qui donne un côté festif certe mais aussi quelques nuisances sonores.

Typisch italienisch

Große Ferienwohnung in einem italienischen Mietshaus mit Blick auf den Comer See. Mit Glück kann man vor dem Haus parken, ansonsten ca. 300 Meter entfernt auf einem großen Parkplatz. Unten im Haus eine tolle Bar, die fast immer geöffnet hat. Morgens kann man schon Cappuccino trinken und spät abends gemütlich Cocktails. Es gibt auch Pizza, Salat und andere Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Mittags gibt es oft eine Mittagskarte. Gute Qualität. Des Weiteren gibt es nebenan eine Gelateria, die bis spät abends offen hat. Auf der anderen Seite ist ein Hotel mit großer Terasse, was auf Hochzeiten und andere Feiern spezialisiert ist. Links vor dem Haus gibt es zwei Zikadenbäume inkl. Zikaden ... also alles typisch italienisch ...

Sehr schön...

ist diese neue, moderne Wohnung, die man in dem alten Haus so nicht vermuten würde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allen Dingen den tollen Blick auf den See genossen. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abseits vom Touri-Strom

Die Bucht von Paré ist wirklich bezaubernd, nicht nur für Kitesurfer ist dieser Ort ein Paradies. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und modern, die Café-Bar direkt vor der Tür ist ein Highlight: Feines Frühstück, Snacks am Mittag und eine launige Lounge am Abend ohne Lärm.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Parking very close by, stairs ,but very manageable. The apartment is very well laid out,the bedrooms not next to each other which ensured privacy for the other guests. We would certainly recommend and hope to return. Coffee bar next door with very good coffee and croissants!
