Appartment on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residence, with 3 pools, Padel field, landscaped gardens, well secured and ideally located in relation to the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa (10 min walk). This one bedroomed appartement also has a sofa bed of very good quality and thus can accommodate 3 people comfortably. Everything is planned for 3 people (dishes, linen, ..).
Besides the view, the quality of the swimming pools and the environment, the apartment is very "airy" bright and quiet. Very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom and Maintenance + TV).
