Princess Coco, is ideally located on the beach of Orient Bay, between the 2 most beautiful beach bars.

Princess Coco is located in the Caribbean Princess residence which is the most popular in Orient Bay for its proximity to the beach, its security because in addition to enjoying the security of the Orient Bay subdivision with its 100 cameras and its teams of guards , it is the only fully fenced residence.

Caribbean Princess is also a beautifully wooded residence with beautiful tropical vegetation.

When staying at Princess Coco, you won't need cars, including shopping, having a drink, dining out, or buying your bread or croissants from the village bakery.

And if you need to work, you can have an office and ultra-fast WiFi at over 100Mps, thanks to the fiber optic network.

The apartment is equipped with a 70 '' 4K UHD Samsung Smart TV. Access your Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV or YouTube account, and also all the TV channels you could dream of, including news and sports channels, American, Canadian, French.

You will also have a large 2.5m parasol, as well as a water hose at the edge of the terrace to wash off the sand after returning from the beach.

You can enjoy a covered terrace and a deck facing the sea.

You will have access to the large secure swimming pool of the residence, which is never crowded, the sea being so close ...

Our couple of managers, Daphnée and Gilles, will be happy to welcome you to our apartment and to tell you all the tips of the island if you wish.

Princess Coco is located in Orient Bay Park which is certainly the most popular tourist site in Saint-Martin for:

* the beauty of its long beach and its environment,

* its restaurants and beach bars,

* its nautical activities (kite-surfing, jet skiing, sailing),

* its local shops (supermarket, hairdresser, bakery, tobacco),

* its security (cameras, security guards).

You won't need a car unless you plan to visit the 37 beaches on the island.

You will easily find a taxi to take you to Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean and famous for its beautiful sunsets, or to go out partly in Dutch and enjoy the casinos and other night spots.

If you wish, we can recommend good car rental companies, and you will enjoy private parking at the foot of the residence.

A small parking lot separates our residence from the beach which is mostly full on Sundays.

Beautiful property - Wonderful location

The managers/owner communication was excellent and timely. They quickly resolved a tiny issue in processing the payment for our stay. The property itself was very well kept, clean and well laid out. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and even spices in the property on arrival. All of the photos are very accurate. The condo is spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. The location is great with a nice uncrowded section of beach located directly in front. The KKO Beach Club and others are only a short walk away and offer loungers/umbrellas and food/beverage service for what we considered a reasonable cost. Be sure to use the owner/managers suggestions that they provide on a variety of topics including rental car etc. Orient Beach is wonderful, safe and has a number of very good restaurants located in the central business street/courtyard area within easy walking distance. We loved our stay at Princess Coco.

70th birthday trip

My wife and I celebrated my 70th birthday at your beautiful condo with another couple. Absolutely perfect vacation home for 2 couples who are great friends. Perfect location on French side of St. Martin on the beach w a very nice pool. Immaculately clean! Will definitely stay here again on next St Martin trip. Since condo is on the beach, it is a little hard to find. All we had to do is go to google maps and type in Caribbean Princess Camille and our navigation problems were over. GREAT VACATION!!!

We loved this place. Very spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. And perfectly clean! The host was responsive and very helpful and friendly. I don’t think you could find a better spot to chill out for a week and enjoy romance. We loved it!

Loved the property!

The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. It suited all four of our needs because of the great outdoor patio and a wonderful common living area with a full kitchen.
