Ground floor: 1 living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed, television, Wifi. Kitchen equipment in sufficient quantity for 3 people.
Upstairs: 1 bright bedroom for 2 people with new comfortable bedding offered in 180x200 version or 2 single beds 90x200 and 1 shower room and toilet, with garden view. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room in the annex building.

Outside: independent unfenced garden with barbecue, parasol, garden chairs and table. The 3-hectare half-wooded, half-lawned park, with an orchard of 90 apple trees, invites contemplation and rest.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Cats are not accepted. The owners have 2 dogs in a fenced garden and 1 cat roaming free. Guests coming with their dogs are required to keep them on a leash and pick up their droppings in the property.

The place: Nestled between the rounded plains of the Pays de Bégard and the Kerogan stream, this pretty hamlet has been alive since the 17th century. His manor owners' house, watches over 4 cottages with woodwork of different colours. A stony driveway crosses the hamlet to serve each of the houses which has its own garden.

The Hamlet is transformed over the seasons, each with its own charm: walnuts and chestnuts to be picked in the autumn. In winter, the scent of fireplaces, the joy of Christmas festivities and their decorations. In spring, the swallows come back to the place and the park regains its colors.
You have access to all the green areas of the property, the bowling alley and other games. A path allows you to access the stream down the wood.

In the centre of the historic Tregor, halfway between the towns of Lannion and Guingamp (20 kms) and equidistant from the entire coast of Tregorr, from Perros-Guirec to Paimpol (30 kms), from Plestin-les-Grèves to Saint-Quay-Portrieux (40 kms), island of Bréhat (34 kms), the Hamlet is strategically located to discover the major tourist sites of the region, while sparing yourself the hustle and bustle of the seafront in season.
