Large family house in the heart of the village of Génos Loudenvielle, with a fenced garden and the possibility of parking more than 7 cars in the property. This magnificent family building on 2 floors has been renovated to ensure maximum comfort, we have preserved its character and charm of a mountain house. It has a boiler room, a cellar, a bathroom and the kitchen-dining room on the ground floor. On the ground floor, 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 1 bathroom toilet and a living room with a fireplace, on the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a play area, reading. 1 child's bed and 1 baby bed are at your disposal in the master suite. Thanks to the soul of this warm house you will feel at home. You have TV and free wifi.<br>Many leisure activities are possible: skiing in Val Louron and Peyragude, kayaking, paragliding, hiking and mountain biking, tennis, swimming pool, balneotherapy...<br>A magnificent site in the Louron Valley with its lake and castle.
