You'll be charmed by its elegant decor, its east-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise over breakfast, and its beautiful bedroom with TV and queen-size bed. For your comfort, linen is included, wifi, and your beds are made on arrival. You can also park in the accommodation's private car park!

Located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator, the 40 m² apartment is laid out as follows:
- Pleasant entrance hall and bright living room with large windows.
- East-facing balcony with outdoor furniture (small table with chairs, chiliennes).
- Fully equipped kitchen area: oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Meals can be taken on the dining table.
- A magnificent double bedroom (bed 160) with TV and desk, very bright thanks to its 2 windows.
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, with washing machine and dryer.

Neighborhood
Borderouge is first and foremost a new, lively and friendly city center, just a few minutes from the historic center of Toulouse. Most of the district's facilities have now been completed.

It offers all the services, shops, facilities, transport and jobs to meet the needs and desires of residents: a multitude of green spaces, public and private gardens scattered around street corners and in the heart of buildings, pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths converging on the Parc de la Maourine, Toulouse's largest park.

The Green View building is located 500m from the ring road, providing easy access to all Toulouse's industrial and commercial zones (1 to 15 minutes).

On the ground floor of the building you'll find a Carrefour Market, a sandwich shop (Subway), a hair salon (Jean-Claude Aubry), a pharmacy (Happy Pharmacie), a dry-cleaning service (Innovaclean) and a fitness center.
Less than 50m from the building, you'll find bakeries, restaurants, schools, crèches, etc.

Metro en bas de l’immeuble , carrefour market accessible depuis le parking de l’immeuble , action , restaurants etc… le logement était vraiment propre et vous pouvez y trouver plusieurs équipements. Je suis vraiment contente , limmeuble est bien sécurisé et propre. Le quartier est calme et moderne . Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil .

Voltaire "The apartment matched the description. I was happy with the overall cleaning standards, and the quality/quantity of the facilities provided inside the apartment (there's also a reserved parking spot that I didn't need to use). Comfortable position in a secured building to move around according to my needs. Naturally, I was aware that the apartment wasn't located in the city center, but that wasn't a perk I was looking for. Supermarkets, public transport (and some restaurants) were very close, all accessible by foot. Probably the price is slightly higher than the norm for the area, but, at the same time, I didn't feel it was particularly above average. Kudos to the cleaning company, which was very reactive to my messages, and helped solve an unpleasant inconvenience (that nonetheless slightly affects my judgment). On the contrary, I never heard from the company itself that rents the flat, except when I contacted them to extend my stay. Overall: would recommended!"

Mes remarques en toute transparence selon un point de vue personnel : - les 2 petits sacs poubelles pour 15 jours : insuffisant (capacité 4 pers je rappelle) - moule à gâteau inexistant = inutile de proposer un four >> faux espoir. J'ai du acheter un moule car seulement un petit plat en verre de dispo - l'aspirateur dans un sale état - ménage pas top, écouteurs retrouvés sous le lit - capacité 4 personnes = 4 fourchettes pas une de plus. - belle réactivité du syndic si problème - on a du remplacer nous-même les piles de l'horloge - détecteur de fumée débranché qu'on a du refixer au plafond - parking pas pratique mais bien expliqué dans brochure. - belle terrasse - canapé très embêtant, on glisse dedans, les dossiers tombent sans arrêt - TV au top - literie du lit bonne, pas celle du canapé J'espère que le propriétaire prendra cette critique comme constructive"
