Charming apartment

Cavalaire-sur-Mer has beautiful beaches close to the apartment by car or bus. Nice and calm surroundings. Well furnished with love to detail, just minor maintenance issues. Good communication\handling (thank you Elodie). Quite steep staircase to bedrooms.

Sehr sauberes und renoviertes Appartement, passend fĂŒr Urlaub mit zwei Kindern. Dank Klimaanlage im Schlafgeschoss war die Sommerhitze gut aushaltbar. Schöner, großer Pool. Zum Meer ist es zu Fuß deutlich zu weit, die Anlage liegt außerdem auf einem HĂŒgel, sodass der RĂŒckweg vom Strand konstant bergauf ginge. Im Juli und August fĂ€hrt ein kostenloser Shuttlebus ca alle 60-80min in Richtung Ortsmitte, mit dem Auto ist es jedoch praktischer zum Strand zu gelangen.

PropriĂ©taires sĂ©rieux, bonne communication, le logement correspond au descriptif et nous avons bien Ă©tĂ© accueillis. L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. La vue sur la pinĂšde est extrĂȘmement apprĂ©ciable. Il n y a quasiment pas de vis-Ă -vis, la rĂ©sidence est calme et sĂ©curisĂ©e. Une navette gratuite passe prĂšs la rĂ©sidence, une trentaine de minutes Ă  pieds du logement au port. Un Proxi et une boulangerie sont assez proches de la rĂ©sidence. Les chambres sont cĂŽte- Ă - cĂŽte.

Schöne gut renovierte Wohnung, leider fehlten HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche, was auch dem Online Inserat so nicht zu entnehmen war. Zudem ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen, was im Online-Inserat auch nur versteckt zu erkennen war. Beides haben wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt, obwohl wir schon sehr viel gereist sind und sehr viele Ferienwohnungen gebucht haben.

Beau cadre, sĂ©curisĂ©. Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ©, bien rĂ©novĂ© et pratique. Juste un point d’attention : beaucoup de marches: du parking vers l’appartement, pour accĂ©der Ă  l’appartement, et dans l’appartement mĂȘme. Nous avons trouvĂ© que ça contribuait au charme mais pour des personnes ayant des difficultĂ©s Ă  se dĂ©placer, ça pourrait ĂȘtre gĂȘnant. Au final, nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able.
