In the heart of a picturesque little village, a stone's throw from a bucolic tree-lined square, the epicenter of the village where friendly games of pétanque take place in the shade of the plane trees! In the heart of the hilly countryside (partly protected in the "Natura 2000 Zone" for its rich ecosystem), nestled under the wooded hills of the South Burgundy massif (vast wild forest massif to explore during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides), very close to the first vineyards, in the heart of a peaceful, preserved setting, between fields, vineyards, forests & meadows. Sumptuous panoramas & landscapes to discover in the surrounding area. Comfortable cottage. Ultra spacious. Warm contemporary country style mixing traditions & modernity, combined with careful heritage restoration (stone walls, French ceilings, original framework and beams). Large courtyard terrace with a comfortable summer kitchen (sheltered & "tempered" in a historic outbuilding).
