In Saint-Marcel-de-Careiret, in the Gard Provence, enjoy a charming independent cottage, air-conditioned, with private heated pool, private patio and fiber Wi-Fi, about 20 minutes from Uzès.

Located on the edge of an authentic village in the Gard, the accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 5 people + 1 baby. It is an ideal address to alternate relaxation by the pool, outdoor dining, Provençal markets, villages of character and discovery of the great sites of the region.

The cottage occupies the lower level of our holiday home, with separate access, reserved outdoor areas and private swimming pool. During the stays, we are never present: you can fully enjoy the place, in complete peace and quiet and without vis-à-vis.

A few steps lead up to the patio-terrace, furnished in a Provençal spirit, pleasant for alfresco dining, reading in the shade and sunbathing. The private heated swimming pool of 4 m × 4 m is fenced, equipped with a roller shutter to keep the heat and a counter-current swimming. It also has a wide rest area, which is appreciated by young and old alike. The swimming pool is heated from May to September.

Please note: the use of a barbecue is prohibited in the Gard due to the risk of fire; An electric plancha is at your disposal.

The cottage is located on the edge of the authentic village of Saint-Marcel-de-Careiret, about 20 minutes from Uzès. You are well placed to discover the Uzès market, the Pont du Gard, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Cèze valley, Avignon, Nîmes, Orange, the Cévennes and the villages of character of the Gard.

The area is also ideal for markets, restaurants, tastings and visits to wineries. You are in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône, with many winemakers welcoming visitors.

Nearby activities: hiking, canoeing, tree climbing, nature sports, picturesque villages and swimming in the river. In the village, 5 minutes from the house, you will find a skateboard track, a tennis court, an athletics track, a table tennis table, a bowling alley and a playground for children.
